Hello! Glad to find this community! I would love to have a discussion on your strategies for master level interior searches in AKC. My dog just finished excellent level last weekend yay and got a nice attempt at our move up run.
The first room has 1 hide, she found it and I pushed her to go through everything in the room one more time and she didn't alert on anything else so I called finished and we cleared the first room. The second room had 2 hides, she quickly found both! Unfortunately when I pushed her to have another go around in the room, she falsed on a tall sandwich board which, in hindsight, I should've known better because it was a soft, unsure alert than her usual alert. I think sometimes when I indicate on something too hard she will throw me an alert. I thought it might have been an inaccessible hide because the way she alerted.
Anyways I heard master interior is tough! Would love to hear any advice

The Resistance Rises: As CLU's ships loom over Argon, Beck and a newly healed Tron rally the citizens to fight back. Mara and Zed become key figures in the resistance inspired by the Renegade and spurred by Able's deatg. Zed's technical skills proving crucial in developing new weapons and vehicles.
Paige's Revelation: Paige and Pavel are ordered by General Tessler to crush the resistance by any means neccessary. Pavel takes the tasks with pride while Paige question how far is she willing to go for a regime she doesn't fully understand. She journeys to uncover he truth about CLU's regime. Her growing doubts culminate in a shocking discovery of classified files revealing the true fate of her medical program friends and Tessler and Clu's lies. This revelation shatters Paige's worldview, leading to a dramatic confrontation with Tesler and a heart-wrenching decision to defect to the resistance. Tessler originally wants to execute her but she made a deadman switch in her own code that if she dies, every failure Tessler has made will be sent to Clu.
The Return of Dyson: Dyson arrives in Argon with a new weapon: a virus capable of corrupting and repurposing entire sections of the Grid at once. This threat forces Tron to confront his past and the betrayal that led to his near-destruction and it also comes down to Tron going to Dyson as a friend instead of an enemy. They have a heart-to-heart understanding eachother but Dyson truly believes in Clu. The 2 former friends face off in a Disc duel that ends with Dyson running away back to Clu with information that Tron is alive.
Cyrus: The Fallen: It's revealed that Cyrus was subjected to experimental repurposing techniques by CLU's scientists, resulting in his corrupted and unstable state. The episodes explore the psychological toll of this process, explaining Cyrus's nihilistic philosophy and obsession with destroying the Grid to bring true revolution. His storyline concludes with a final, intense confrontation with Beck and Tron, where Cyrus ultimately sacrifices himself in a failed attempt to trigger a system-wide collapse, leaving behind a lasting impact on both heroes.
The Nature of Identity: The war for Argon rages on between the resistance and Tessler's forces. Deeper philosophical questions emerge about the nature of existence, free will in a digital world, and the true meaning of perfection – CLU's stated goal. The Resistance is growing but idealogy serves as point of divison. Beck questions his nature as leader as that wasn't what he was programmed to do. And Zed and Mara question, what Clu's true view of perfection. Eventually Beck after speaking with Tron about Flynn learns that programs have autonomy granted by users. This thrust Beck into wanting an age of freedom for programs and ordering a full-stage attack to free Argon City from Clu.
Legacy: CLU himself arrives in Argon in a scene akin to Muzan Walking to Ubuyashiki. He's intent on crushing the resistance once and for all. The battle for the city becomes a fight for the soul of the Grid itself. Beck, now fully embracing his role as the Renegade, leads a daring assault on CLU's command ship. However, now that Clu knows Tron is alive, he believes Tron is the renegade so he sends his full might against the resistance. Clu orders General Tessler to go down and fight himself for Clu. Tessler is reluctant and Clu derezzes him naming him no better than a part of the Resistance. Forces are put under Pavel's commands and they overwhelm the Resistance in battle that stretches over light bikes, disc's, racers, etc. Tron, sacrifices himself to give Beck and the other Resistance leaders a chance to escape, setting up his eventual transformation into Rinzler. In the aftermath of the battle, Argon lies in ruins, but the spark of rebellion has spread across the Grid. Beck, now a symbol of hope, goes into hiding with a small group of survivors, including Mara, Zed, and Paige. CLU emboldened by his victory tightens his grip on the Grid and repurposes Tron into Rinzler as the ultimate act against Flynn.

I have a BA in Education with a concentration in Learning Development, but I feel like I didn’t do super great as a student. I had a 3.0, 50+ hours of volunteer work for a pediatric therapy center and some random community service but that’s it. I do work as an in-home caregiver for elderly patients but feel it’s not been enough. I’ve taken all but one more of my Anatomy classes for the prereqs, which I start in February. However, I know that I’ll need at least one letter of recommendation and I have nobody I could ask. Who did you ask for recommendations? How did you gain more relevant experience? I have no idea how to stand out.

2025.01.22 23:51 visuallypollutive Wow. Y’all posted about Glue Work and I realized that almost every committee or organizing role in my department is filled by a woman. What now?
Hi all. Just a little E1 in manufacturing over here. I thought my team was pretty good gender-wise, most people don’t treat me any different and while it’s definitely male dominated I’ve never worked somewhere with this many women on one team.
Anyway, we have your classic manufacturing-related committee like 5s and six sigma etc, the company culture committee, a few relating to departmental goals, and organizational roles for short tedious tasks that we rotate (the organizer determines who’s turn it is to do what, reminds them, provides a deadline, and shares the completed task w/ the team). I read the Glue Work paper last night, and today realized that just about every organizational and committee role is filled by a woman.
The ONE committee that isn’t headed by a woman has me (a woman) being the only person from my smaller team to show up. I’m on two other committees as my departments representative - I even tried to turn this down twice but my supervisor insisted that it would be good for my growth. And a supervisor (that isn’t even mine) tried to hand off an organizational role (that isn’t even his, but was another man’s who doesn’t even report to him) to me too but I turned him down very bluntly. That role got passed off to another female e1 who started a year after I did. And i am on the culture committee.
Thinking about it more, the mentor role gets pushed around easily. On writing it goes in order of seniority - longest engineer here onboards the first new engineer, then the next longest eng onboards the next new eng. But my mentor never onboarded me or even invited me to shadow. I asked him to tell me when he was working on machines or putting together certain paperwork so I could shadow (multiple times verbally and in writing), he’d say “sure!” and then not tell me. I figured things out for myself. And my coworker’s mentor a few months beforehand didn’t train/onboard her at all either.
Now we have a new engineer, and a male engineer was assigned as his mentor. But within the first two weeks his mentor stopped accepting 1:1s and only answered questions if asked directly. New hire just did the online trainings and didn’t even know what he didn’t know. T female engineer who onboarded the last new hire and the female new hire she onboarded have started onboarding him. And learned that his mentor hadn’t even showed him how to get access to the software needed to do the most basic tasks in the role.
So what now? I don’t think the male coworkers and male supervisors are directly thinking “this is women’s work” but from this initial look there does seem like there could be a bias. I know all of the women on these committees/in these roles from outside of the workplace, no one volunteered for these roles.
So what do we do about this? Do we step down? What do we do when people ask us about things we used to do? Do we stop helping the new folk? And how do we stop getting voluntold to do these things?

Right now im rocking a 7800xt, Ryzen 3600x, Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB xmp’d to 3600mhz, 600w PSU, and an asus 1080p 165hz g sync monitor. Now the 7800xt recommends a 700w psu and I found that out after getting the GPU but I was able to boot and play games perfectly fine even with VSR 1440p. Unless I overclock the card or put it under very high stress, the pc never turns off. For cpu demanding games, there tends to be just a little lower fps but overall I have a very good and smooth gaming experience so Im questioning if Im fine with what I have now and get a better monitor more suited for my GPU or should I upgrade my cpu and psu for a smoother gaming experience??
