Getting 120V DC on the neutrals from a 208V panel.
The only things on this panel ATM are 208 NEMA rates lights, a couple receptacles and a media cabinet (which has not given issues before).
So have no clue where the 120DC is coming from.
If more information is needed for this mystery ask away.
This is more of a curiosity.

I remember when TNG was first coming out and a lot of us thought that Data not being able to use contractions was bizarre, because contractions are really easy. Can't you just do them with search and replace? Well, it turns out that they're not always so easy.
Consider this pair of sentences - Are you mad? I can tell you are. - Are you mad? *I can tell you're
If you are a fluent speaker of English, then you realize that that second example is just not right!
These kinds of contractions are called clitics, and the way they work is more complicated than you might think. According to the link below, "Stephen R. Anderson's 2005 book Aspects of the Theory of Clitics spends over 250 pages exploring theories about how clitics work and why. And his book builds on the work of many other linguists. And it's dense, technical stuff."
Anyway, there's a lot more at this link (it's very readable) and, although we now know that LLMs and such can figure it all out pretty well, it is good to know that contractions are much harder than they seem at first glance and you could see why, at least in theory, Data might have trouble handling them!

Looking for some advice here. Installed a hyper heat for a customer. Worked when installed, but customer did tell me that it never seemed to be very warm. Customer went away and then had a baby so didn’t use it much for about 3 weeks. Called me back for a trouble like on the unit. Investigated it, it called for checking the charge and the lev valve. We did both, both checked out. Tried to run the unit and it would not blow any air-hot or cold. I gauged up on the interior ports in the unit, and I was pulling a vacuum on the compressor. So I evacuated the system, blew out the system with nitrogen, vacuumed down then recharged with the correct 410 weight. Still same issue. I believe it’s pointing the evaporator being clogged somewhere. I called my supply house during the whole ordeal and they do not want to help me because I stated that I only pressure tested to 200 psi for 60 minutes when they said it is required to pressure test this unit to 600 psi for 24 hrs. When I asked to show me where this is in the manual, they looked and looked and then agreed that it isn’t listed in there. I also think this is bullshit because there was no sign of a leak anywhere in the system. Do I have any recourse? They asked me to preform a puncture valve procedure on the evaporator valve but I do not believe that I should need to do this on a brand new unit.

I've read somewhere that we tend to fantasize relationships that haven't even happened yet! And that's why rejection hurts more and I couldn't agree more! Why do we do that!? I hate it! I'm currently talking to this girl who I think is not even interested but I'm being hopeful. I'm already fantasizing about what may happen.. Will it happen? Doubt it but I can't shut my brain off.

I understand Texas is a big place, and have been wanting to move there this spring. However I understand from census there are a lot of illegal immigrants in some of the Northern cities (100 Mile radius around Dallas). I’m concerned about safety. Does anyone have any feedback for me on affects of crime or if a lot of people are leaving because of our current situation?
