I didn't realize up until a while after getting it done that it was pierced with externally threaded jewelry. I kept the bar and just changed the balls to spikes. I admit, it catches on my clothes sometimes, and it's been infected, but I always try to keep it as clean as possible, either with saline solution, or just water running down it in the shower. Currently it does not seem infected, and I've only started paying attention to the bar sticking out weirdly about a week ago.

2025.01.23 01:27 doodle-of-a-noodle End of Season/Episode Checklist
Hello! I'm making this post to hopefully get ahead of everyone asking what they should or shouldn't do before Episode: Heresy drops. If you've been playing for a while it's probably all stuff you know, but a lot of it is information I knew when I was starting out and have also seen several posts asking about for several seasons. Again, if you've been playing for a while most of this information won't be new, this is primarily intended for new or returning players. I'll do my best to cover everything but if I have forgotten something please feel free to add or ask in the comments.
What should I do before the season ends? Seasonal Challenges - These become unavailable once the season ends and are some of the best ways to earn xp and bright dust. You should complete all the challenges you can before the season ends. If you complete 82 of the 87 seasonal challenges you complete the "Reborn" seasonal triumph and unlock a large amount of bright dust, if you've been playing regularly this season this shouldn't be difficult to complete. Double up on challenges where and when you can (i.e. if there is a challenge to play rounds of Comp Crucible and another challenge to defeat Guardians with Scout or Pulse rifles, you should be bringing scout and pulse rifles into your comp matches).
Save Exotic and Prime Engrams - If there are exotic armors you have not yet unlocked you will want to make sure you save as many Exotic engrams for the beginning of next season. Decrypting Exotic engrams is the quickest way to increase your rank with Rahool, in order to unlock the 4th focused decrypting page (the one that allows you to focus Exotics you have not yet unlocked) you need to reset Rahool's rank at least once. The quickest way to do this is by focus decrypting on the 3rd page using Ascendant Shards (the ones that look like golf balls), so it's also a good idea to stock up on Ascendant Shards. I do want to note, maxing out your Engram inventory makes it so you can't decrypt/pickup any more engrams, which turns into a postmaster nightmare quickly. Because of this, you shouldn't claim/earn your 10th exotic engram until a day or two before the season ends. There are plenty of guides on how to farm exotic engrams so I'm not going to get into that here.
Bounty Prepping - Bounty prepping is the best way to get a head start at the start of a new season and unlock the seasonal artifact as quickly as possible. There are a lot of guides on what bounties you should prep, which I would recommend checking out. You want to prioritize bounties that offer "XP++" and "XP+", these tend to be the weekly bounties you can pick up from location vendors (i.e. an Empire Hunt bounty from Variks or the Public Disturbance bounty from Shaw Han), or the clan bounties you can pick up from Hawthorne. If you are planning on doing the Dungeon Race on 2/7 bounty prepping is a must as it is the quickest way to unlock the 4th and 5th column artifact perks (which are often the most powerful and build-defining). I also recommend bounty prepping on all 3 characters if possible to get the most bounties/xp possible. Similar with Seasonal Challenges double up on these when possible.
Stocking Resources - It is not a bad idea to make sure you have as much Glimmer, Enhancement Cores, and Enhancement Prisms as possible so that you can get to Masterworking, Enhancing, and Crafting gear as quickly as possible. This is definitely lower priority, but it can make the start of the season way easier so you don't have to farm materials between missions/activities.
Past is Prologue Event - This is a limited-time event that started this week and ends with the season. In order to earn the Chatterwhite Shader you need to engage with this event. This event is not necessary by any means, but it gives you access to a new and incredibly coveted shader, as well as some decent gear so it is worth checking out.
What is going away at the end of the season? Season/Battle Pass - This is pretty straightforward and shouldn't be new information. Once the season ends the season pass will be replaced with the new season pass, so you will be unable to obtain any rewards on the pass that you have not unlocked. You are not able to progress past season passes, so if there is a reward you want/need on the pass you need to unlock it before the season ends in order to claim it. (It is possible to claim rewards from past season passes on the Bungie website, but you can only claim rewards you unlocked and did not claim. It is not possible to claim a reward you have not unlocked.)
Vendor Rank - Tower and Seasonal Vendor rank and engrams reset at the end of each season. This means if there are any rewards or engrams you have not claimed from Vendors in the Tower, Failsafe, or Eido, they will be lost. The only engrams that are not lost at the end of the season are Exotic/Prime engrams (which are stored in your character's personal inventory) and anything in the postmaster (although you should claim these anyways as its generally not a good idea to store things in your postmaster). Even if there aren't any rewards you want from a Vendor's engrams it's still not a bad idea to claim them before they go away, worst-case scenario you scrap everything and get Glimmer, Enhancement Cores, and Gunsmith rank.
Seasonal Challenges - As mentioned previously these go away at the end of the season. If you want to get the most out of the season you should complete as many of these as possible before the season ends.
Will I be able to play Episode Revenant once Episode Heresy releases? Yes, if you own Episode Revenant (either through the season pass or the annual pass) the story, missions, and activities will still be accessible after Heresy releases. You will have access to any Episode you own until the next DLC drops this summer. That being said, its best to complete as much of Revenant as you can before Heresy drops so that you are not trying to play through two seasons at once, and there will be less people playing Revenant activities once Heresy drops.
As a reminder, Heresy releases with the weekly reset on Tuesday, February 4th. You will only have access to Heresy if you have purchased the annual pass, or purchase the season pass after it releases (if you purchase the Final Shape after it releases you will also get access to Heresy)
TL;DR - Over the next two weeks you should bounty prep, save exotic engrams, complete seasonal challenges, and collect unclaimed vendor engrams/rewards.

I've been credit card churning for the past 3 years or so to make a little extra money on the side. For anyone who's unfamiliar with it, credit card churning is when you apply for cards to take advantage of short term promotions or benefits and then cancel them before you're charged any fees. I normally go through articles and look on Reddit to find promotions but I recently found this website - https://supermoney.com/reviews/personal-credit-cards
It has a massive list of credit cards that gets updated monthly with any promotions that are running. You just have to look for credit cards with the "Promo Offer" icon in the top left above the photo of the credit card. If you click it you'll see the promotion being offered by the credit card company. For example Capital One is running a promotion with the Quicksilver card where you can get $200 cash after you spend $500 and that's shown on the first page.
There's one issue with this website though, you can only see the "Promo Offer" icon on desktop computers and laptops. For some reason it doesn't show up when you use the website on your phone. Just thought I'd share this as it's a handy way to make some extra money and you should definitely take advantage of it if you have a solid credit score.

Whenever I pause a match and/or I tab out of the game while it is running even if I'm not in a match, then everything goes slow.
I tried with every combination of graphic settings, I tried giving unrestricted access to battery consumption, I tried clearing the cache, but every time it comes back and the only solution is to just shut the app and restart, it's horrible and I want it out.
If you have any fixes to this, let me know

Hey fam. I live in the Los Angeles area and bought my first outback a month ago. 2025, premium trim. I’m in love with it so far. The city/hwy mileage is supposed to be 26/32. I’m about to hit my first 1000 miles but I’m stuck around 22mpg right now. I drive it primarily to work on surface streets with occasionally town hopping on the highway. I did drive it up to big bear the other weekend which helped increase the average. I’ve been driving her pretty easy cause I know I’m still in the break-in period, and plan on sticking to the manufacturer recommended maint schedule to prolong its life.
Maybe a silly question, but is the low mpg normal for a new outback? When can i expect to see mpg closer to advertised? Gas is expensive in LA lol!

One time I popped Gojo's ult and ended up killing this guy with lapse blue max. Before I could fire reversal red max into it, some guy using Sukuna went under me and fired off Malevolent Shrine.
I then redirected my focus from the lapse blue max orb to the Sukuna user, aiming to hit him with it and cancel his domain.
I missed. His domain began forming a sphere of darkness around me.
The lapse blue orb was still in the air, and so I started spamming r to redirect the reversal red back into it to form a hollow nuke. Now Malevolent Shrine was completely materialized, and I could no longer see into the outside world.
The hollow nuke had formed directly outside the barrier of Malevolent Shrine, and before his slashes could take effect, it exploded, shattering his domain from the outside. I emerged from the darkness and laid my eyes on the beautiful light of the sky, the nuke's gorgeous symphony striking my ears.
I then continued my fight, eventually killing him.

Hey, not sure if I can post this here, I only use reddit if I have no other place to ask a question.
I have generally been realtively supportive of Christians and Muslim allying with each other politcially, and by that I dont mean immigrants in the west, but Muslim countries with Christian countries.
However recently I found out the Satanic Verses by Muhammed that may or may not be supported from purely historical standpoint. But in any case it made me question the origins of Islam.
Before I thought it was only a false prophet that preached false religion and it spread over the middle east by conquest and jizda, but I was relatively okay with it as it's still worshiping the same God, they are just ignorant of the Trinity. However now I saw videos of Sam Shamoun and I am becoming more and more convinced it has at least some demonic background.
In any case my main question to you is, how do you respond to why would God allow spreading of the false teaching to such large population of people. Given that most of those 2 billion Muslims are risen in non secular societies, meaning even if they wanted to seek the truth individually it would be very hard for them to look for the fullness of truth in Christ. Would love to see your opinion on that question as it seems to me it may as well mean that God damned all those people risen in the middle east by allowing the spreading of Islam.

Hey guys, so I been using the break and retest strategy off key levels, amongst other confluence factors such as ema rejections, fvgs, and others. To filter out bad entries...
I been using this strategy and actually gotten my first funded account a few months ago because of the strat. However, I haven't seen any payouts and my XFA's... All of them I've ever obtained..demolished.
To my break and retest users who have been in my position, how did you get out of the break-even/drawdown phase?
What was that ah-ha moment that made you guys consistently profitable with the strategy?
And what other forms of confluence can I utilize to filter out fake-outs, and bad entries?

I haven’t battled the battle Café in about three days in real life and every time I try to go back there to battle him, he just says “Oh youve already battled today” which is pretty confusing because I haven’t… Also people say that Milcery evolves into Alcremie differently depending on the time of day, but I’ve never been able to differentiate the time in this game for some reason? does anyone know the solution to this or is there not one? (Yes, I’ve tried changing the date on my switch, it does nothing other than change the weather)
