Dear Leaders,
i have two questions/concerns living in my head for too long i need to share with you to get a second view how to deal with it:
- How do you deal with people not liking you in the workplace, primarily after you got into the Leadership role? Some direct reports feel passed over and some “leader peers” feels threatened. (yes, threatened, and it is not just in my head). And i want to highlight SOME, not ALL of them.
- How do you deal with envy in the workplace from some of these people? Inocent back-handed comments and the overall energy you can feel from some people when interacting with them.

I'm 6 feet tall, 218 lbs, muscular build, Black w/ long hair, and I've been told I'm pretty handsome 🤷🏾♂️
I just require that you be STD/STI free and drug free (weed is fine). I have never caught any diseases or infections and I plan to keep it that way. I do have my own condoms and yes I am ok with using them. I don't really care too much for race, ethnicity, or anything like that. Physical appearance isn't something I stress out about either but at some point I would like to know what you look like. I just don't put a lot of importance on it.

I finished the game and I’m trying to do the dlc with the washing pole and darkmoon blade. I’ve seen so many Reddit posts about this and I still don’t get it. Right now I’m level 77 (apparently this is way too little to have after completing the game) and I don’t know how to grind them. I’m aware of the Knight farm but can I do the covenant summoning? Are people even still getting invaded? 😭 I just want some help on how to get it if not I’ll just use lightening or something and wing it. Thanks guys

2025.01.23 01:16 denbrough How do you feel about the idea that Lynch's children (let's say Jennifer) together with his team (Peter Deming, Sabrina and the rest) could finish some unfinished David’s work?
I have faced many different opinions on this matter recently. Not sure that David has been working on anything lately, but he definitely had several finished scripts and rejected projects in his portfolio. Besides, this guy literally lived with ideas, and I see the very sad prospect of losing them with him.

What if consciousness (aka the « soul ») is a 4D being taking over a 3D shell? (The body)
If you draw a 2D character, you have full control over it as a 3D being. You can write his entire life, draw each frame of its events on a 2D space, you are the consciousness of a 2D person basically!
Now what if it’s the exact same with us 3D characters in our 3D world? What if what we call consciousness is actually a 4D element moving us into this 3D world? And once the 3D shell (the body) dies, it ceases to exist, but consciousness remains alive in its 4D realm, just like when a video game 2D character dies, it ceases to exist but its consciousness (you, the 3D player) remains alive in your 3D world..
What if death is just a separation of 2 beings from 2 different dimensions?! The being of the lower dimension vanishes but its consciousness keeps on living, possibly taking over another being of the lower dimension (probably explaining reincarnation)
Just something to think about..

Hi. My toilet is cracked so my landlord is replacing my toilet. Contractor is askingme about round or elongated. Currently it's round.
Now Im looking at elongated toilets so I can have a comfortable bidet seat installed later. Is there any style of toilet that is elongated but may not have the footprint of regular elongated toilets?
I see there's 1 piece, but heard they're really heavy and hard to install, that could be an issue i suppose. Don't know if that's even a space saving thing.
I know there's wall hung toilets, can toto bidet seats fit on those? Are they apartment friendly? I have a feeling that's a no-go, but...
What should I look for that might have a smaller footprint but easy to put bidet seat on.
