Hi- have trouble with specific issue. I have also fully curbed anxiety after working though the below. Lyco, staph, silica, stamonium, causticum, sepia, Lachesis, Gelsenium (at 30c worked wonders for fear, waiting for 200c)..
So if I'm asked to speak, say a client comes in they say "Will, why don't you tell them about this system". My mind and body are like oh crap. I panic a little and I have a habit of speaking through it so quickly just to get it out that I'm not even sure if this message is delivered. It's almost like I run through none wants to hear what I say anyway. Or take me Seriously so I just want to get it out and this knot in my back doesn't help the delivery. It's a combo of fear, rapid speaking, trembling, idea that I don't know what I'm talking ab even though I 100% know what I'm saying, I work at my fathers business and he's a little bit of narcissist and never really understood me so esp when he's in the room I assume whatever I say won't be good enough. Any help thanks I'm tired of rushing through my talks just to get it out..... thank you!!

Hi everyone, I’m currently 1 month post dday, it’s been really rough but we’re going to try and make our relationship work. I (30f) and him (28m) have been together for 5 years. He is showing genuine remorse and has been going to therapy to try and understand why he cheated on me. He cheated on me 4 times in our relationship. 3 with a friend that I know and he says he isn’t attractive to (this friend struggles with their sexuality, she one day says she lesbian, then bisexual, etc. she dresses like a boy and looks like a young boy) they use to be fuck buddies back in the day but he never told me and he found himself using her for sex on occasions I guess I was unable for whatever reason (long distance, out of town, etc), he says he always has to imagine someone else while they have sex to get through it. He never disclosed they were fuck buddies until recently because he says he’s always felt embarrassed she was a body count of his. He’s disclosed the identity of his other partners with me and never added her to his body count. He said he ended that with her years ago but could never get the courage to tell me the truth because he feared it would destroy me (duh).
The reason he finally told me was because he got drunk recently when he went out with someone of our female friends and found himself alone with one in particular who basically threw herself on him. Instead of him stopping her from taking her close off when they found themselves alone he went with it. They had oral sex. The sad part is he said it sucked so it wasn’t even worth it! And she basically said the same. They at first decided to hide the situation but she thought he was going to tell me because he sounded like he wanted to I guess, I don’t know. So she thought it would be a great idea to tell my sisters instead so that they could tell me. He at first tried to minimize it but then when I told him it was over no matter what he came clean about how bad it was. And it was bad. The first few days were bad, I wanted to stay but felt humiliated especially since my whole family knows. But when I decided that I really wanted to try and make it work he decided to tell me about his friend since thought it wouldn’t be fair for me to go through this process and he was still lying to me. He also came clean about watching porn weekly for about a year in our relationship but had stopped now for some time.
One thing I want to note is the reason I find myself wanting to reconcile is because he was sexually abused by his father, severely for a good part of his childhood. This has disturbed his view on sex. He sees sex as a way to find satisfaction for himself. He says that he often regrets who he has sex with because of it. He was in therapy when we first started dating but then stopped. He became too comfortable with not putting in the work to continue to work through his trauma. I am not way justifying his actions, at the end of the day he knew that he was doing something wrong that would ruin our relationship. We had a great relationship, we traveled and he was genuinely my best friend (still feel like he is crazy enough).
He’s been supporting me through my grief and had been so remorseful, taken all the steps he needs to try and “fix” this, has taken the load of our home. I haven’t been able to get out of bed and he has not once tried to force me too. I think I have been scaring him because I have fallen in such a deep depression that he is worried about me.
My issue is I have an obsessive personality and I have become obsessed with reading all these Reddit’s. I think it’s causing more pain than help. I was hoping someone could give me advice on how to navigate this? Also, am I crazy for wanting to work on this relationship? Every time I feel myself get happy for some reason I force myself to think about the situation again to bring me back to reality, is that normal?

Welp, it's official I'm finally 20 no longer a teenager so I personally think it'd be weird to stick around here so I'm leaving this sub but ironically ever since I joined I have never posted a thing on here up until just now only lurking, but anyway I just wanted to thank you all for a bunch of good memes and laughs and getting to read other people's experiences. Oh also I had never posted here before as well because I am, or was extremely shy but by some miracle of luck and abit of effort and determination I think I've finally built at least some confidence.

2025.01.23 02:38 Sedlendon I don’t love my job but I don’t hate it either. Is it career suicide to stay?
I’m currently working a job I like but don’t love. The company as a whole has some big issues (lack of alignment, layoffs, etc) but it pays well, I have good work life balance and I have some huge life events this year (wedding, house hunting, etc).
I don’t know if it’s dumb of me to stay. I left my previous job in November of 2023 and took a few months off work. I found this job after a long job hunt in a terrible market and started April 2024.
Since I started, my boss has been laid off, it’s become clear there is no alignment, and it’s a bit of a hot mess.
Luckily the department I work in is insulated from a lot of the mess and lack of communication.
But I love working from home, get paid well, do my job well enough, and don’t hate it.
Is it dumb to stay somewhere with no future? Or would it be dumb of me to try to job search AGAIN in a terrible market? I feel stuck

Got a year left on my warranty on my 2015 RT, haven’t added or changed anything yet been to scared to chance voiding my warranty, can any of you guys list anything you changed while under warranty and had no risks of it being voided

See this soffit piece behind the steel lintel.
Any reason it's there?
Right above there is a bathroom and the tub drain will freeze in winter.
It needs to be -20C to freeze, but it's happened twice in 15 years.
I'm thinking of removing it, shooting spray foam in any gaps, apply a Blueskin barrier and then a solid piece of aluminum and caulking.
But is there an actual purpose for the soffit piece there? Would sealing this up cause damages?
