First week into bjj as a boxer, am 18 and everyone in my class is 20/30+ years of age with years of experience. We do some drills and learn moves and end the class with rolls. Man i got cooked so hard, like 6 different subs in 2 minutes. At one point the guy running the class let me try to rnc him, but i literally couldn't get his chin up and do anything. Then i tried an armbar and he clamped his arms together and i couldnt even budge that shit. I dont even know what to do. Im a boxer and cook people older than me in sparring so this is humbling me. It's just demoralizing as hell man

My initial divorce was finalised in 2021. I agreed to give her the house for $40,000 which she never completed payment. She made partial payments.
The house nearly doubled in value since the divorce filing in 2020. From 380K to 680K.
We remarried in 2023. I told her I was mostly marrying her to get my house back and she promised to put me on deed. She did not! I left after 6 months and filed for divorce again.
She is currently in foreclosure and cannot afford the house payments but I can. I was served forclosure papers yesterday even tho I don't believe Im on the deed anymore.
Do I have any chance of recouping my house ?

 | Looking to clean my poor quest 2 that hasn't been cleaned in 3 years. It sounds bad, I know, but I've barely used it in the past two years so it's still pretty clean. Anyway, I was wondering if any of you have tried either of the two products in the picture. They're by the same brand and all the products seem to be the same, but the camera one is cheaper than the VR specific one. I'm a really big penny pincher, so I want to get the best deal possible, but I would rather get something that works well too. So I guess the question is if I should buy the VR one or the camera one/if any of you have tried either product. And another question, what do you guys use to clean your lenses?
