Hi Team, hoping to take on a subdivision in Ipswich and wondering how GST applies. Buying an established house and looking to end up with 7 vacant lots. I know there's GST applicable on the sale of the vacant lots but does it work like a usual business where GST we pay throughout the subdivision process for is claimed back as a credit toward that amount?
Would also love to chat to anyone that has done any subdivisions in Ipswich City Council and has any tips or things to watch out for. Have a town planner, accountant etc but the more info the better.

Alright, so here’s where I’m at: Viture has sent me my original glasses plus two replacements. That’s three pairs now, and guess what? The sound is STILL trash. They hype these speakers up like they’re some kind of premium audio from a high-end company, but honestly, it’s a joke.
On my Galaxy Z Fold 6, the sound is basically garbage—especially when I’m using Stremio. It’s slightly less garbage on my iPhone 15 Pro Max and MacBook, but overall, still disappointing. To make it worse, my phone speakers (yes, my PHONE speakers) sound better than these glasses. And don’t even get me started on how they claim it’s “laptop-level sound.” Sure, maybe if your laptop is from 2010.
I’ve seen people here say their glasses are super loud or louder than expected. I’ve updated the firmware (using PC), played with settings, tried different devices—it doesn’t matter. These glasses just don’t deliver.
At this point, I’m turning to the community. Has anyone here ACTUALLY found a solution? Or is this just how bad these things are? I really wanted to like them, but I can’t keep pretending they’re worth the money. Any help is appreciated. Let me know what’s worked for you.

Ok so I'm very new to emulation on Android and just setup Sudachi. I can't seem to figure out how to get my games to show up?
I downloaded one game, the file name ends with XCI, don't know if that will help anything. Unlike GameCube games I am unable to extract it in RAR, but instead it just reads the file. Once RAR is done reading I can tap on the file name and the game does launch in Sudachi, but once I turn it off I have to go through the read process again.
I'd like the game to just show up in the emulator and I've watched a few videos but none seem to cover this issue.
