Hi all, I am in Prof Mengxuan Yang's Math 104 class. I just saw that according to berkelytime in 2023 spring nobody got an A? I was questioning if there was a bug in this and wonder if anyone who got As in his 104 class would be so kind to share when you took his class and around how much time you worked per week outside of class? Also what's your impression of how hard/easy he is and how everyone in his class did?

I have always wanted to visit Nicaragua, and it's the only Central American country I haven't visited because getting the visa was complicated and had to be acquired from the Nicaraguan embassy abroad. Recently, I read in an article that said Bangladeshi citizens can visit Nicaragua with a valid multiple-entry US visa. As a source, the article cited the IATA Travel Center , which says I can visit using a US visa and get a visa on arrival now. However, I cannot find official writing on any Nicaraguan government or embassy websites confirming this info. I cannot also find any website stating Nicaragua's official policy on visa matters. If anyone can help me find this information online on any government website, that would be very helpful. I have emailed the Nicaraguan embassies in the US and in Belize (where I am traveling through right now) asking if I can visit now. But previously, I have had a tough time getting email responses back in time from the embassies and I haven't heard back in 3 days this time. Thanks in advance for any help

I'm visiting Philly for the first time in a little while. When I was younger my two favorite places were John's (~7th and Christian) and Pop's (Broad and Oregon). But some searching suggests they won't re-open until later in the spring. I'll be in town the last week of February into ~March 12th. Are any of the well regarded places open year round? I guess I could go to Rita's but I wash hoping for a more neighborhood type place.

I went into Micro Center to pick up a WD Red Pro 18TB at $379 but the salesman convinced me that Toshiba NAS drives are a better choice. I got a 22TB N300 for $419 which isn't bad for an extra $50 for an additional 4TB. I should have looked up the Amazon reviews as the rating for these units is 4.2 stars, WD is 4.3, and Seagate Ironwolfs are 4.5.
I am using the HDD in a dedicated tower with swappable 4 bays running an ancient AMD 8350 Bulldozer on a ASUS M5A99FX PRO R2.0 AM3+ ATX mobo basically as a storage center. The tower is on only a few times a month when I need to update files. Currently it has a few WD Red 14TBs but I have filled those up. I expect to get another 22TB HDD to mirror the Toshiba but maybe I will go WD Red next time for redundancy.
What do you think about Toshiba HDDs? Are they reliable? Should I exchange it for a different drive?
