My partner and I of 9 years are considering hooking up with a friend. If we: 1. Talk about it beforehand (boundaries and needs) 2. Establish that this can only happen once. No one wants it to be a recurring thing. It’s not going to turn polyam, just a one time thing and then continuing to be friends after. If we can’t agree to this then we don’t do it.
Is there anything else that would increase the likelihood of this being fun and not messy? My partner and I are great communicators. I feel it might be safer if it’s just making out and not a full on threesome even though that sounds like a lot of fun. Any tips would be great.

2025.01.23 02:36 Real-KirkLazarus Is it possible to find leads that aren’t overly saturated and burnt nowadays?
I work for a company that provides financing for small business owners all over the US. The company is huge and have all the ISO’s you can think of and funds just about every type of loans, which is great.. but the frustrating part is that the leads we get are small when considering the amount of reps that we have… as a result we don’t get many leads and the one that we get as already been juiced by the senior rep and team leaders.. I’ve been there for a year and I’m doing great considering the situation.. but for me to have success I am working 12hours a day and it really does not feel sustainable over time.
I also figured out that a lot of successful reps have their own lead sources and are obviously not sharing them with other reps due to the competitive environment that we’re in.
I tried to find my own sources but haven’t been successful yet.. and I’m genuinely trying to build a pipeline that hasn’t been screwed by other people and conduct ethical business.. so that I don’t have to burn myself in order to make a living anymore.
If you read this far, thank you for listening to my venting.. but also if you would be kind enough to provide advice, I’m all ears.

Here is my problem: According to my progression chart, I’ve completed all the courses I needed to take. I’ve also passed the English exit exam and the Program Comprehensive Assessment. I had my final semester last fall (2024) yet I received an email from my uni that they did not receive my DEC?? Should I be contacting the registrars office about this or is there somebody else I should contact? 😭😭

I'm looking for something a little specific. I want a book about characters surviving a zombie apocalypse that doesn't have the typical badass heroes you usually see. I want to read something that feels truly bleak and desperate, where one slip up means death. I want to read about characters who have absolutely no clue about what they are doing. The best example I can think of is the first few seasons of The Walking Dead (never read the comics, but probably should).

I recently started seeing this really wonderful, kind man, that ive previously always been attracted to and i find myself making up reasons not to see him so i can be in my own space without him there. Is it that im not attracted to him or that hes not right for me or is it just that i like my own space/life. I find myself getting annoyed when i know he is coming over. I'm going to be driving through Switzerland in a couple of months and will be leaving the car in Geneva overnight for a quick side trip to France. I've come across the service Parcandi and just wanted to see if anyone has had experience with it - it looks like it is used in a growing number of cities in Switzerland/Belgium/Germany. The rates I'm seeing in Geneva seem very reasonable for overnight parking and I just want to make sure this is a legitimate business that I'll be able to reliably use to park a rental car with overnight before I mark "find parking in Geneva" off my list of to-do's. I am specifically looking for feedback from users who have used this service before themselves, not just those who have heard about it or know a guy who knows a guy whose cousin used it.
