MSPB's website says, "Who may appeal an adverse action to the Board?...Veterans preference-eligible employees with at least one year of continuous employment in the same or similar positions outside the competitive service"
I am a 30% or more disabled veteran who served a little over a year in a VRA excepted service appointment.
In September I switched positions to a competetive service appointment in a similar job series with a one year probation.
Looking at the wording, am I covered under MSPB as a probationary employee? Just trying to see if I am missing something. Thanks.

January 8th my calf was caught between an electric wheelchair and a radiator, which caused significant pressure on it. I couldn’t put any weight on that leg, and it swelled up, so I went to the emergency room and had an X-ray done. Thankfully, nothing was broken. After a couple of days, I started to put weight on the leg again, though it’s still painful. The swelling and hematoma have almost completely subsided now, making the injury more visible.
My question is: how serious could this injury be, and what steps should I take for recovery? Are there any experts who can help? Unfortunately, in Denmark, we don’t have much expertise on muscle, joint, and tendon injuries.

Does anyone have any advice for changing a baby’s natural schedule? My LO (4 months) has had a bedtime of 12 am since she was born. For some reason, her internal clock is set up that way and what I’ve tried has not worked regarding moving her bedtime earlier. Any time I’ve tried to put her to bed even just slightly earlier, like 11:45, she wakes at least once around 12 am. But if I put her down at 12, sleeps soundly through the night 10-12 hours. I stay home so the schedule doesn’t bother me too much but I’d rather her bedtime be at least 9/10 pm instead of so late. I tried moving earlier 15 mins per day but that didn’t work. She’s currently in her 4 month sleep regression so her schedule is a bit of a mess and I figured I’d use this time to try and shift it. If I try by waking her early in the AM I feel bad in general to wake her and that she doesn’t get her full night of sleep. Any advice is super appreciated!!
