Hey everyone,
What are the thoughts on 3 bed apartments in Sydney? For example, 3 bed apartments in Mascot can go for just under 1 mil, same as Lidcombe.
The danger with these suburbs is the other apartment blocks being built in the area which will not appreciate the value that much, as little as it is already with being an apartment.
My question is would you buy a 3 bed in these areas with more potential apartments or a 2 bed in a more desired suburb with less apartments being built?

2025.01.23 03:25 Classical-Notes Sudden Food Aggression
Hi! I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this but here it goes. My male 4 year old cat in the last I want to say week or so has become aggressive towards his food. He is noramlly a little territorial when it comes to treats like chicken, cat treats or any other human food because my other cat has a tendancy to steal his food. But, hes never been aggressive when eating his breakfast, lunch or dinner, thats whats sudden. However the strange this is he's acting complelty normally otherwise, he's frisky, wants to play, gets games going with the other cats. I have noticed that he's been wanting to play and howls during the night/early mornings a tad more frequently than normal. But honestly I have no idea where to begin with figuring out why the change.
I will say that he is a very anxious cat normally aswell (he has issues with eating his fur and hes super skiddish). We do have 2 feliways plugged, but we did run out and couldnt get any more in time for the refill so I was thinking that could be the cause, but I'm not sure. My mom was also hospitilized not last week but the week before, but i'm not sure how or if that could affect him, maybe he was sensing my stress? but why would that affect him now? Anyway I'm just rambling now, but does anyone have any thoughts? thanks in advance
Oh also I don't drive so it's tricky to get him to the vet and it's difficult to convince my mom to drive me since our current vet is in another city, and I worry that the car would make things worse if it is ultimately stress.

Hello, aware this is pretty dumb.
I recently changed my MacBook Pro (M2) password and forgot it when trying to log in today. My WiFi was turned off when I powered off my MacBook and so the WiFi icon is not showing on the Lock Screen when I log in.
Unable to reset password via Apple ID because I'm not connected to the Internet.
If I purchase an Ethernet cable adapter to connect from my router to my MacBook, will this automatically connect from the Lock Screen?
Want to avoid recovery mode! Thank you for any help.

2025.01.23 03:25 Warm-Cucumber Save state stopped working! Will not load!
I have been using my Anberic RG353 V for more than two years and have loads of games with save states through Retro arch and suddenly after a two months of not using it, when I try to save through retro arch during a game it just stays at 0%. I can load my old save states but every time I try to make a new save state (Ive tried every slot) it shows 0% and will not allow me to use any other function without a reset causing that progress to be lost. After waiting more than 5 minutes during the first couple tries for it to save past 0% it still stayed. I tried numerous times on multiple games and every game will not allow me to create a new save
I tried to search for updates while connected to the internet and it says none available
I never had any issue in the past. My saving process was simply: function key>quick menu>create a new save state> then it would load in less than 10 seconds MAX and I could create multiple slots

Anyone else feel let down by the new XM4? I initially had a good feel for the gun once I unlocked it through the battle pass, but through grinding for gold I just fell out of favor with it. Maybe it’s how I’m loading it out, but I feel like the recoil is just a little too unwieldy for longer engagements, or if I put attachments to manage the recoil then the handling becomes too slow. Anyone else running into the same issues? Maybe you have a better attachment setup that I can try?
