I started having peri symptoms around age 36 and I am 41 now. I have daily headaches and migraines and after being on some of the newer migraine medications, my hormones tanked completely so January 2024 I had a month-long headache/migraine and went to get my hormones tested and they were all below detectable levels so I chose to start BHRT pellets in February. The estradiol and testosterone pellets plus the oral progesterone were amazing and I had never felt better overall - sex life was amazing! Fast forward to now after four pellet inserts and I am having a few weird symptoms so I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this or has any advice. I haven't had a period since June so definitely probably entering my menopause stage. The last 2 pellet inserts I had, I noticed it took much longer to notice effects. Like it would take 4 weeks or more after insert to feel any difference and then i would only have a few good weeks and it would go back to feeling like nothing. Basically, the pellets are not seeming as effective as they were in the beginning. Is this typical after a while of use that they start not being as effective? I have recently had uterine cramps after sex occasionally- it's really weird because I've never had that happen before except over these past 4 months or so. Also, it has become harder for me to reach orgasm and the good sensation that was there at the beginning when I started isnt there as much anymore :( I've never had trouble with this in my life before and I'm on the BHRT so I'm wondering do I need to change the hormone amounts, try a different form, etc. Does anyone have advice or opinions?

Hi guys, I really enjoyed the posts in this sub. I've been drinking one cup of coffee every single day for the last ~10 years and I decided to quit around 3 weeks ago. My sleep schedule is absolutely messed up and I just wanted to see how would I feel without coffee. And, I'm a bit dissapointed.. I feel no difference. It did not help my sleep, I don't feel any different than when I was drinking. And I really miss the ritual. I miss my daily cup of coffee. But then I'm looking at your posts here and like wow. How the hell some people have the benefits and it changes their lives when I feel nothing. Does anyone feel like me? Best

Hey there, I've been lurking this sub while I bring an old psp back to life. This psp has NEVER been online, ever. It was last turned on ~2012. (And it cannot connect to modern wifi, not even my phone hot spot.)
But recently when I booted up and upgraded the 1GB memory to a new 16GB memory it up, now it says it needs an update. How does it know?
I'm going to work on manually updating it hopefully the reddit threads from 2022/2023 are still relevant.
But I'm totally puzzled about how this battery-less, memory cardless thing knows about an update! And even when I put the old card back in... it still wants that update.

Dying Nerve? Hello, I hurt my #8 tooth from clenching too hard. There are no cracks, but I’ve experienced on-and-off pain for a few months. Three weeks ago, the pain became constant, and I started experiencing severe cold sensitivity. I visited an endodontist, who advised me to monitor my symptoms and prescribed a steroid medication to reduce inflammation. Currently, my tooth is not very sensitive to cold like it was a few weeks ago, though I still feel some cold discomfort when I apply ice. However, I’ve started noticing increased heat sensitivity, and the tooth hurts randomly at different times of the day. The x-ray was taken 3 weeks ago when my tooth was extremely cold sensitive. She is recommending a root canal as soon as possible and said the tooth is dying. No new x-rays were taken. I would like a second opinion because I had bad experiences with root canals that were not needed at another office that caused extreme nerve pain and muscle TMD. Thank you.

Is there a plugin that will send the emails such as in transit , out for delivery and delivered to the customers. Anemone concerns I recently got an anemone (~3 weeks ago) and it has been pretty open and looking until recently when I was gone for the weekend (1st pic is most recent, 2nd pic is the best it has looked) and came back when I got back it was almost fully closed and hasn't look the same since, it has been eating but I am concerned that it is unhealthy, my LFS has told me that the fish are aggravating it and that is why it has closed up. Could it be in the process of splitting?
