Guten Morgen! Seit einer Woche ist meine 25kwp PV-Anlage am Netz. Der PV-Elektriker hat mir das SmartMeter nicht mit eingebaut, weil wir volleinspeisen. Ich habe aber jetzt keine Möglichkeit, unseren Verbrauch zu tracken. Habe gestern einen Tibber Pulse installiert, aber der speichert von Haus aus nur 24h. Kann ich das SmartMeter einbauen lassen, nur um den Verbrauch zu tracken oder wird das nicht funktionieren? Falls nicht, kann ich mit einem Shelly tracken und auswerten? Danke!

What are some shoulder care procedure you do, if you have any? I'm asking to any archers with any style.
I use blackboard and chalk for work, and have had rotator cuff injury on my right shoulder, which is on my draw handside.
I'm recovered now, but the strength is only at 80% of pre-injury. Having gone through rehab, I absolutely don't want to suffer another injury, so I focus heavily on right form and minimizing impact on release(this seem to have the greatest potential on shoulder injury in my case)
So after gym or archery session, I try to take a day off for recovery. The routine for me is wearing Shoulder support of sort(https://encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcQ9fbLhEKpxgOOy5RhfvjAtjQJDImYRX9zYhw&usqp=CAU)
and put heat pack(https://cdn11.bigcommerce.com/s-ufhcuzfxw9/images/stencil/1280x1280/products/13193/15144/ce-heatpck2__73419.1573683376.jpg?c=2)
between the support and my shoulder, keeping the area warm. A day of this usually helps with shoulder unease, and gets me ready for anothed gym or archery session the next day in my case.
I recently heard that there are some supplements(not PEDs - ex. steroids) such as boswellia that helps with joint care? What are your methods, if you have any?

2025.01.23 05:53 HuggerWorks New motherboard issue
I recently replace the motherboard on my K1 Max and it keeps crashing in to the walls and grinding the stepper motors on x and y axis. I believe that the issue is due to the board being foe a printer that has the smaller pulses, so its traveling further and faster than it should. Does anybody know what values i need to update in the printer.cfg or any other settings that could resolve this issue

Just coming into maintenance. Originally I had planned to lose another 5-7 lbs to have some buffer to be able to stretch doses out longer. Curious if anyone else has gone that route? I’m taking my last injection of 10mg tonight , then I have another box of 10, a few 7.5/5 and 2.5 pens. Do I just stay at 10 and stretch that out as long as possible, then when I run out stretch out 7.5 etc etc? Guidance / advice is greatly appreciated!
