I'm trying to get my shit together and make a study plan for myself, but it's a total trainwreck. I always gotta make things way harder than they need to be. Like, if I wanna speak English like a boss, my brain goes into overdrive thinking about every single tiny step: gotta be fast, gotta nail the grammar, gotta sound like a native, blah blah blah. It's like, breaking down one goal into a million pieces just makes it seem impossible to even start.
Math is the same crap. If I miss one tiny little detail, I freak out thinking I'll screw everything up later and have to relearn the whole damn thing. It's exhausting just thinking about it! No wonder I end up doing jack shit. Motivation? Forget about it, it's gone.
I'm already stressed from school, barely sleeping, and trying to remember stuff I learned ages ago. Even trying to write this post is a pain in the ass, let alone making a study plan. Notes and outlines? Yeah, right, like that's gonna happen.
So, anyone got any tips on how to make a study plan that doesn't make me want to jump off a bridge? Need some real advice, not that BS 'break it down into smaller steps' crap, because that's the problem! Help a brother out! 🙏
