This question has probably been asked on this sub before but if we are constantly incarnating into new bodies with different traits and personalities than who is the real us? For example, if i was a smart, charismatic, and adventurous man in one life and then a mentally disabled, shy, and timid woman in the next then who am i really?? There seems to be no continuity. Even if I incarnate into a person with similar traits I'm still a different person. And from what Ive heard from NDEs you dont change back to your "original" self after an incarnation is completed. That would mean there's no real "you". Hopefully someone can give me a good answer to this because the thought of just being a completely different person in every lifetime just doesn't sit right with me and really makes me not want to reincarnate ever again.

Coworker was my friend for one week. I didn’t even ask her to come over she invited herself over most of those days. Now it’s been a couple months and they keep telling me they’ll hangout with me and ditching me… So I told them if you don’t want to hangout anymore I’ll stop asking just let me know so I’ll stop embarrassing myself. And she says oh I’m so busy with work. Mind you we work at the same job she doesn’t even work once a week. So now she keeps calling me and saying what are you doing later? I’m gonna try to come over. Then she never does. It’s like… if you’re done being my friend that’s ok… But why is do girls make fake plans with you that they have literally zero intention on following up with or coming through on?

Hey!
I recently got into a relationship with a bald man, and this is new to me because i've always been attracted to men with long hair, but theres just something about this guy. The thing is, I have this reflex to play with his hair when he lays his head on my lap... the issue is, he has no hair. So I've resorted to just gently just stroking his head or running my fingers from his forehead to mid head. I was wondering, do you guys like this? Do you think this is a stupid thing to do? My love language is physical affection and I can't stop myself from doing it but I was wondering if I should stop, or if it was useless.
And before anyone tells me to just ask him, we just got into this relationship and I'm still extremely shy around him lol so I will ask SOMEDAY.

hi people who have periods in this sub. before I was diagnosed with uc/had it under control I used to have 14 day lasting periods and also used to bleed pretty heavily. I went on birth control, and have been on it for 6 years and haven’t changed that since being on it. I got on entyvio 7 months ago and haven’t really experienced any uc symptoms which I am so grateful for. the weird thing is, my periods are super light now and only last 4 days which is amazing!! I looked this up and it doesn’t say anything about entyvio making period symptoms better, if anything it said it typically makes them worse. has anyone experienced this/know why this is? I am not complaining, it’s been a really awesome experience but i’m confused why this is happening. thanks!!

La verdad me quiero desahogar porque ando bajoneada , tengo 3 años con mi novio , el me conoció completamente distinta a lo que soy ahora, con el siempre me dice que ponerme como vestir como hablar como actuar, siempre e querido dejarlo pero regresa y promete que cambiará y yo ahí de tonta , hoy me corté el cabello y me lo pinte cosa que hacía 5años no hacía , estaba muy emocionada por enseñarle me arregle y lo peine bonito solo lo corte un poco y me lo aclare cafecito pues lo tenía negro y cuando me vio me dijo que quien me había dado permiso de cortarlo y pintarlo que porque no lo tome en cuenta, me dijo que además se me veía horrible y que no me quería ver , que me había arruinado y que no significa nada para mí al no preguntarle primero , pero siempre que le comento de un cambio de look me dice que soy una naca o que estoy tonta , tenía un compromiso hoy y llore mucho arruine mi maquillaje y además fui a comprar un tinte negro 🥺

Since Læraðr is no longer around to pester us to revive him, summoning Eikþyrnir from a world where he either has yet to be killed or was never killed by the king is a real possibility. This would be (in my opinion) pretty interesting narratively in a grim kind of way because:
- If he is summoned before the Healing Hands are killed, he now has to wrestle with survivor’s guilt from leaving his family behind while also living amongst strangers masquerading as them. I imagine that would bring about complicated emotions
- The “fake” Eik (sorry) who gets summoned separately goes through another identity crisis, potentially exacerbated by him being the first to realise the truth about the Quieting Hands
- The rest of the siblings also have a tough time. Dunno about Læraðr tbh
