I am trying to use Waveshare ESP32-S3-Touch-LCD-2.8 with LVGL 8.3.1 in Arduino IDE. The display uses CST328 as touch driver and hence touch library from waveshare demo code have to be used.
I managed to get touch working. The serial monitor prints out the co-ordinates of the touch, but I am trying to integrate it with lv_example_get_started_2. When I touch the screen, nothing changes on LVGL (no change on screen).
Can anybody help with the same?

asking this as i can’t call the vet for advice until tomorrow morning. i have bad health anxiety for my animals so i never know if i’m overthinking or not my cat has always been pretty playful but recently she’s started to bite me when i’m petting her just one little soft bite which she’s never really done before but today she really bit me hard multiple times. i’m not sure if it’s a change of environment ( i live in an apartment with a front patio that i enclosed but i recently have stopped letting her out bc i am anxious a spider will bite her) i don’t know if she’s a bit bored or frustrated or if she’s in pain and trying to tell me. has anyone had a similar experience or have knowledge on this please let me know!
