Hi
I am trying to speak to an actual person about some controllers purchased from CEX but I'm getting the run around with the standard customer support email stuff.
The controllers are both in awful condition and totally not acceptable - there is an irony that if I wanted to trade them in at that condition I'd be given less value!
I also got charged twice for the initial order which is also a matter of concern.
Is there any way of actually escalating things to speak to an actual person?

 | Hey, ich sehe in Berlin immer wieder diese Art von Metall-Rohren. Hier bspw. am Ostbahnhof, habe die aber schon direkt am Rand der Spree odeund bei größeren Neubauprojekten gesehen. Ich bin immer davon ausgegangen, dass die Rohre der Stabilisierung dienen, als Leerrohre für Elektrik dienen oder ggf. für Abwasser verwendet werden. Weiß jemand, wofür sie wirklich da sind? Und warum weden die Rohre (wie hier auf dem Bild) nicht zugeschüttet und bspw. gepflastert? Sonderlich schön sehen die Dinger ja nicht aus. I bought and upgrade a professional new clarinet recently, and I will have a concert with playing the important parts next week. So, I am thinking to use the new one for the whole performance, including rehearsal are almost 3-4hours. But I knew that there is an adaptation period for the new wood, I shouldn’t practice for more than 30minutes. However, the old clarinet is hard to control the high notes, always squeak and so many limitations for performing on stage. Although I’m not controlling well with my new instrument, at least it has a better sound and timbre. I’m very afraid that it will appear cracks or easier to appear if I insist to use. So, what should I do? Keep using the new one or play the old one for the concert? Any advices ? I cannot borrow one from others :( and give me some tips to maintenance it pleaseee

I am very thankful for everyone that has replied to my previous post, and i have decided to try to request a refund for the ICUE link AIO. however, i am curious as to whether or not corsair accepts refunded AIOs that have thermal paste on them. I need some ideas for how to deal with my meltdowns without self harm. I have been trying not to punch my head or face lately (genuinely worried i might do damage), but instead I bit myself on the arm tonight and I think it is going to leave a very obvious and embarrassing bruise.
I don't understand why I have such an extreme urge to hurt myself, but at the time it seems like the ONLY way to get my emotions back to a slightly more balanced place, and I hate how out of control I feel when I am having a meltdown.
I am trying to figure out some alternatives that give me the same feeling without damaging my body, while still being enactable mid-meltdown.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

First of all , of course you should marry the guy you like . But all things being equal , hypothetically - if the guy had two offers - one to go to Europe and one to go to the USA which would you prefer as a wife ? Considering that in Europe you would get work permit . But in USA , you would not get work permit in the immediate future and have to wait for a few years and then have this career gap . But your husband would be earning double and save more . Also you could get permanently settled in Europe .
