I’ve been doing the leave it alone method and not applying anything to my lips. When I apply anything, it burns and lips feel raw. My bottom lip is the most affected. I get yellow/white crusts on there and sometimes on the top lip. My theory for how I got EC is because of over moisturising. I just don’t know what to do to help get rid of this. I’m in pain and it’s embarrassing.

it’s humorous to take such a small definition of sobriety - “lack of alcohol” - when we can in fact be drunk in endless ways, the vast majority of which do not include any substances at all. to take such an approach is small minded and potentially dangerous to self and others.
take a look around and you will see many of those about us intoxicated with power, or money, or greed, or relationships, or our own egos - it’s easy to see; very few are sober in the meaningful sense - spiritually well, emotionally balanced, able to live present and unselfish, content in their being and their own skin.
this more all encompassing definition of sobriety is a true rarity and the only goal worth seeking, for me. from it stem all forms of goodness, connection, reliability, and authenticity. the more i embrace this definition of sobriety and strive towards it, the more present and transparent and authentic i am able to be - the less fear i live in, and the more content i become. this is what sobriety means to me, three years into this journey.

Hi All, I am new to Unifi, I bought a UDM-SE and am with Aquiss Broadband in the UK. I cannot figure out how to set up my UDM-SE. I tried doing it on the app on my phone, it shows the UDM-SE in the app but it just says connection failed. I don’t know how to access the management console to put in the details for PPPoE and VLAN.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
