Long time lurker posting for the first time! First off, thanks to all of you for the inspiration to set up multiple servers!
Question for you - what are some “goals” you’ve told your manager you want to work towards as professional development that don’t result in additional projects being assigned? I’ve been playing off things like I am perfectly set in my position at J2, but he’s asking me to add some goals I’d like to try to achieve for 2025 to the company professional development software they have.
What are some “professional development” goals I can add instead of the truth, which is: “keep getting paychecks and barely working.”

They ask me to fill in cumulative GPA, and there is an instruction about GPA calculation However, on the FAQs website (https://grad.uw.edu/prospective-students/how-to-apply/apply-now/application-help-and-faqs/), it says that we should calculate our GPA of last 2 years. Since the application portal and the instruction both don’t specify the term of last 2 years, I am pretty confusing which to calculate. Any advice?
