We're building a database here that will be around for years to come, with people finding answers via Google, and lots of people never get around to reading the comments. @nicolas Yeah, easyinstall is just an outdated interface to setuptools. Pip is awesome, and virtualenv offers the kind of control that you don't get in many other languages without WAY more hackish tactics; perl being the only comparable exception. If both your desktop and phone are connected to the same WiFi (or any other local network), then use your desktop IP address assigned by the router (not localhost and not 127.0.0.1). Alright, so I did everything I could possibly find online, and nothing worked. So I went to the Intel website, and I downloaded the HAXM installer that they provide (instead of using the one downloaded through Android Studio). We are a dual-earning household and do not have the option not to be. Also I WANT to work for my own sanity lol. We have a two year old and I have no idea how anyone handles all of these therapies and appointments on top of work. We can't have any therapies done at daycare because it is out of our region for early intervention. My son qualifies for preschool next year but we aren't in a daycare in district for them to handle transportation and I don't even know how to find a daycare willing to take on a special needs kiddo.... they are all church daycares and you have to be potty trained in order to go. How do people do it?!?

Following a pursuit, the keeper is sent a 172 notice and NIP. They reply with the name of the driver, who was not given a NIP within 14 days of the offence as they were not known, does the 14 day window start again once we now know the driver?
Also for s172 am I right in thinking there is no legal requirement to submit this within 14 days? I am aware the two are usually both served at the same time but say this had not been done together.

I've only watched HIMYM once(I finished it about two weeks ago), and even though the ending made me cry and sad, I loved it, why do so many people hate it? okay ted and robin were constantly "pushing and pulling" (I don't know if the translation also makes sense in English), okay that "the love of ted's life" was seen practically only in the last season, and many other things, but in my opinion that's the beauty of it: there is no perfect ending, because a "perfect ending" doesn't exist. I hope I explained myself. What do you think about it?

I really love this show and these types of shows. Right along with Fallout and From. But a part of me keeps feeling like this isn't just fictional entertainment. Maybe I'm overthinking but the vault in the show is basically the library of congress. Whenever there are natural disasters in real life they always worry about museums being destroyed like with the LA wildfires recently. Maybe my imagination has finally gotten the best of me but I just feel like our planet is just various silos from whatever is out there greater than us in the universe.

I am 40. Since adolescence, I’ve had quite bad breast tenderness/pain from ovulation until my period starts. Usually it would go completely within a very short time after I started bleeding.
In recent times, I’ve noticed the tenderness ease and come back during my luteal phase and then go away completely once my period started.
However this month it hasn’t gone away. I’m on CD7, period finished 3 days ago and while the tenderness is definitely better, it’s also definitely still there. What’s going on? Is this menopause? It can’t be pregnancy since I had a period.
