There aren’t many ways to counter high evolution in its entirety, and it can create very powerful decks.
So, for once, when i saw my Spider-Ham smashing high-evo, I was genuinely expecting the opponent’s cards to be disabled.
In fact, you could even argue that with Patriot, you can still build a competitive deck. Am I the only one thinking along these lines?

Hello, I'm curious to know from long term DAP users, how a good entry level modern device (let's say a Shanling M1 Plus) compares sonically with former old flagships (let's say a 2015 Lotoo Paw Gold) which originally costed 5 or 6 times that price.
Given that DAP market is a bit of a niche one, so evolutions may not be as fast or striking as other ones, and given how sound is influenced a lot by subjective variables and from how a specific manufacturer tunes their product, I'm curious to know if sonically speaking the advancement on technology reduced the gap (or even went beyond) between cheaper but newer hardware and former flagship hardware, or if flagship devices from the past still retain performances which can only be matched and surpassed by other current flagships.
I'd like to read mostly replies from people who experienced this evolution, as a real feedback based on real usage experience and, why not, technical measurements if they did that.
