 | Ecuadorian Troubleshooting with Fruiting Hi, I've found myself in a bit of an issue I cannot seem to fix or I'm missing something. I have a fully colonized Ecuadorian cake that is not fruiting. It's been about 7-10 days and there is still no signs of pins anywhere. Any idea why that might be or how to force the cake to do So? As for my setup Monotub with Air Humidity and Temp meter. It keeps the a Humidity above 85% with an air humidifier It has 10 25mm filter ports for fresh air When cake was still being colonised , I kept it moist but completly shut the air ports. 7-10 days ago I opened them and Run my air humidifier. Now I open the box Daily to check and air it out a bit, but the only thing that is happening is the mycelium still growing a bit, but no pins at all. Does anyone know OEM codes for the alternator shroud and duct on the attached picture? I need it for a 2001 Ford Mondeo MK3 2.0 petrol (my Mom's car). The picture is not mine, I took it from this video.
The alternator's voltage regulator keeps overheating and burning out after a couple weeks. The alternator is placed next to the exhaust manifold and I suspect this is happening due to this shroud missing on hers. There are no faults or any electrical issues. I replaced the alternator with a new one and it also died the same way (but the new one also did not come with the cooling shroud).

Hi, first post here hope I get a lot of replies. Honestly I just needed the push but I do appreciate constructive discussion.
I am working under a boss that is a master gaslighter (I hope is the right word). I am constantly getting wrong information from this boss such as we both agreed on X course of action only for after few days the person will say Y is the correct choice and then remarked in email or gaslight I was the one ordered to do X without notifying this person. I try to stand my ground of course but constantly get shut down I could not even get a word to counter argue.
Furthermore I just dont understand the combative nature of this person speech. Why is it with me it has to be speaking with a higher tone but when speaking to my colleague (long time employee), the person can talk very calmly and even joke, gossips and talk about hot topics. With me it always ends up with something the person really needs to raise voice.
I been working with this person for 3 years and during this time 3 person resigned and I been trying to convince myself and them this person is not that bad but, now even I am depressed going to work just cause I had to face this person. All my ex colleague that left had bad impression of this person and suggested I leave as well but I just need the last push should I do it or is there any reason left for positivity or constructive talks?
Of course every story has its 2 sides but I am that depressed I came here for validation/confirmation/argument. Should I do it? Or is the economy so bad I had to stay? I am in process of buying a house too..

Letās also remember than in Neptuneās Spatula episode SpongeBob pulls out the golden spatula, what makes him look like the chosen one; he also nearly becomes a God in the end of the episode but refuses to go to Atlantis because he couldnāt take his friends with him, what actually sounds like it could be a watered-down enlightening Bible story. So we actually can compare SpongeBob with some kind of a saint (at least in seasons 1-3, however in the later seasons infamous āSpongeBob tortureā scenes appear, so we can say later in the show he even becomes a martyr which makes him more saint-like). Anyway. When Mr Krabs, the showās representation of greed, a deadly sin, makes the trade with the Flying Dutchman, later he feels remorse and returns the blood money, same as Judas did. The "30 pieces of silver" story is reasonably famous and was already represented in culture. The first example that comes to my head is Dostoevskyās āCrime and Punishmentā where the amount of 30 rubles is mentioned a couple times. And the fact that a certain amount of money is said in the episode makes the reference for me even more believable, even though hyperbolic amount of 62 cents is worth waaaay more less than 30 pieces of silver did.
