2025.01.23 17:29 JrStaffordMe YAMAHA RX-V385 low output on headphones?
Just got a new Yamaha RX-V385 yesterday, it is AWESOME! But have an issue with my headphones. Used my old Pioneer the same way, and it worked great.
Output from the Yamaha to my Phillips smart tv with HDMI. Then I use the optical output from the tv to get to my headphones. Worked great with my old stereo, but with the Yamaha, I have to crank the headphones to FULL VOLUME to get any decent sound at all, and they need to go even louder. Any idea how to solve this?
I also notice that coming thru the headphones, if the scene goes quite for a second or two, the headphones sound completely silent until a voice speaks again. It's super irritating.

Hi everyone, so i got into an accident in nov of 2024. It was not my fault but it was a hit and run so our car was fixed under uninsured motorist and i filed a diminished value claim. I have a 2023 cadillac ct4 with 30,000m and it was about $2,700 in damages. My insurance company is offering me 1k but im not sure if thats decent. Also to note my car was reported to carfax for “minor damage” because i asked how much it would be to fix some wear and tear on my bumper 6 months after i had my car and it was reported as damage /: Thank you!

When I read the comments about ace and allo relationship sometimes I just want to say "dont put the burden of being ace to others, is better not even try to date, because they wont understand your feelings".
Or when is the allo asking I want to say " just break up, you wont be feel fullfilled with an ace person, you deserve better than that"
I KNOW sometimes ace and allo relationship works, I KNOW these are very pessimistic thoughts, thats why I prefer not comment that.
These thoughts are more of a reflection of my low self steem than reality. I also get jealous of people who got severeal relationship despite being ace, while for me is the reason I never tried it.

I am running MSI Afterburner but only did the Overclock Scan automatically.
