2025.01.23 13:25 Brychenka Weird eye pain
Male 28. I've been a mac user for several years but got a windows machine to play a game. 6 days ago I started and I noticed that the screen of this laptop is brighter and less pleasent to look at than my mac but paid no attention. I played a game for 2 days and stayed till 5 am at some point even though my eyes felt tired and prickly. When i went to sleep the pain wouldn't go away and when i woke up the pain persisted. I gave my eyes some rest. Played for a bit longer in the evening and same thing happened but eye pain got even worse. Whether eyes are closed or open. And Im no stranger to playing all night, never happened before on other machines. I went to the eye doctor and she said my eyes are physically healthy the lids are a bit swolen and game me 3 types of drops and ointment said to come back in 3 weeks. Since then pain is much more manageable but my eyes get tired of my normal computer really fast and get prickly. If I look at the screen of the windows laptop it gets worse fast. I think I feel better when i go outside. I need my eyes for work cuz i work on the computer too. I've been kinda panicky about this whole situation and thinking I fucked up my eyes and they won't be the same.. Do u have any suggestions or information of what it could be and the protocol i should follow to get my eyes back?

2025.01.23 13:25 Ok-Sentence8542 Disciplinary investigation
Iām currently battled in a workplace dispute with an ex employer.
I submitted my statement on the 20th January and the hearing will take place on the 30th January.
I received an out of the blue phone call from a number I did not recognise. It was an employee who works for the same organisation who I only knew by name.
He was very aggressive during the phone call asking āwhy have you mentioned my name in your statement and why am I being questioned by management. A few insults were also thrown at me.
This employee was not mentioned in my statement and they have interviewed the wrong person. They had the same first names. But this has been a huge mistake by the organisation.
He now knows about the disciplinary and Iām also worried about what he has said to other people damaging my reputation and also how he obtained my personal phone number.
How will this stand regarding the investigation process?

2025.01.23 13:25 Good_Dragonfruit5769 Prelims-Mains Integrated Form!
So, in my opinion I think that the Commission has introduced a single form for Prelims as well as Mains and after the Prelims result declaration, they are only going to ask for the service order preference as they too realize that the time is very less for to complete their administrative work. Now this is just a theory which I believe most likely will be true. Below are my few observations regarding this major change -
- There are only 2 months of gap between Prelims & Mains, therefore they would want to de-load themselves with all the work.
- This year they have asked final exam appearing candidates to submit their certificate or marksheet at later stages, this is another evidence, as if they want one form to be filled for both prelims and mains, thus they have to give concession to the final semester students also, who are about to be graduated.
- They have informed us that we will be asked again to change or edit the service order, this is another hint, as they have already informed us that only the service order preference will be asked again or can be changed again within 15 days after the pre-result declaration.
- They could be moving to conduct the exam twice in a year thus they will most likely be wrapping up the complete process soon.

I would first like to tell you , I am very proud of you. It takes a lot of courage and strength to do what you are doing, to be where you are and to be focused and be positive during this entire time. I always have you in my thoughts and mind , wondering how much of resilience you must have during these exhausting tough times; what doesn't kill you , only makes you stronger . Here in Serbia it is snowing, I havnt put on the Christmas tree lights since you left , but I will soon as it looks upset when it is off. now that we have opened the hotel, you favorite snack" palachinka" is my new night are. I make the batter for it as they sell one hundred million per day every breakfast . I completed a year working here and signed the new contract. think I'm gona regret it, but I would like to be wrong and see how it plays out . Stefano is still a piece of work/shit I got the semester 3 results for my MBA, I passed all my exams! I wish you were here, would have gotten us to celebrate at Green Restaurant with pizza and dessert. before you left to 29 palms, I really meant what I sent you over texts, if you want to come back , il book your tickets and you can stay with me Just say the word, and il sort out everything and everything will be alright aswell . there is no place around me that doesn't have remind me of you-from the country, to my house, the bedroom, cafes, lunches , walks- every single thing here has your aura and presence attached to it. I stayed in the hotel for 4 days under special request as the hotel was extremely busy . I did a 48 hr shift and when I came to the room all I thought about is you. I thought how much you would have enjoyed staying in the hotel and enjoying a bubble bath or jumping on the beds and ordering room service .
I don't know if you read my texts over WhatsApp, but I had gone to BIG shopping center as my first outing since you left( I don't like to go out of the house anymore these days, like a hermit stuck in a cave) I sat outside the furniture store "jysk", it gave me a strong sense of comfort seeing the couches,wall art, cupboards, flower vase(blue one of course) and for a second I thought to myself, I want that with you. I asked you over WhatsApp, but you havnt opened the chat, so il ask again, would you like to get a house together, anywhere you want, maybe it sounds crazy, but I'm dead serious .
I am trying so very hard to respect your decision, I literally fight with my entire body to get you out of my system, but how can I fight something that I really want. I maybe selfish to have these desires, but the truth is , I haven't felt like this with anyone . I know it wasn't some accident that we came into each other's lives. This wasn't one of those relationships where we teach each other a life lesson and disappear. This is something worth fighting for, you may not see it through my eyes yet, but give us a chance once more. I miss you, and you are missing from me sweetheart. I said it before and I say it again my feelings for you are unchanged, it has only strengthen.
