ChatGPT's Advanced Voice Mode is so fascinating. I'm learning English, and I think it can help me improve my speaking skills. I have a couple questions: 1. Do you think it's cheaper using an API than a ChatGPT Plus subscription? Because I don't use any other thing plus subscription offers like image generating and o1 (I'm using it with cursor). 2. Is there any open-source ChatGPT alternative that I can use Advanced Voice Mode with my own API key? Their real-time models are for this purpose, right?

2025.01.23 15:21 Crono_Sapien99 Should I switch from tablets to injections?
Hey ya’ll, trans woman here who’s been taking tablets orally (2 mg estradiol and 50 mg spiro, both 2X a day) for a little over two months now. My next appointment with my doctor to check my levels and possibly increase my dosage is next month, and I did initially consider switching to injections since I’ve heard that you get more substantial results from them. However, I already feel pretty satisfied with the results from oral HRT so far, at least two months in. I’ve slimmed down considerably but gained new fat in the right places, including my chest, which I measured last week for the first time and am already at 38B. So would there be a point to switching to injections if tablets seem to be doing the job just fine?
Also, I already tried sublingual as well, but it must be anecdotal since I felt basically nothing when I did it for a few weeks and was afraid I’d plateaued. Then I went back to the oral route, and my chest and backside starting hurting again. And so my body probably just likes the oral method better.

Hey everyone,
I’m supposed to be on AA722 PHL-DUB tonight. They just delayed it from being an overnight flight to leaving at 5am, leaving me with 10 hours in PHL for my connection, overnight.
I see there’s a Marriott I could use points at possibly, but are there any lounges that are open 24/7 in PHL or better ways to kill 10 hours than having to go burn some points? Also just fearful of them either delaying it more or moving up on the departure time while I’m in the hotel.

2025.01.23 15:21 Forever_Alone51023 Oh boy...got my results from last week's unscheduled bloodwork
 | DAH DAHDAH DAAAAH!! CAN WE SAY STABLE?? YES WE CAN!! Yeah ... My white count went up 1000 whatevers in into one month but I'm not impressed...or stressed about it! I just made myself cry over that bc for all the stress give done in months past...I said that this time I am NOT gonna look at that number only. I looked at platelets, rbc, all of it together...and I am SO SO SO pleased to say that I am absolutely stable!! How the heck is my hemoglobin the exact same number as it was the last time?🤣 That's never happened. It has been close but never exact lol. Cool. My platelets have gone up. Can someone explain why that is a bad or good or neutral thing. They are very close to being too high, and I'm not horribly worried (bc this is what this leukemia does...) but what should I look into for? I am not focusing on the numbers but I'm wondering if anyone has one had similar numbers and what they were generally feeling. My elbows and knees started to hurt randomly a few days ago. It's not a constant pain and it is seriously like a 2 on the pain scale for me (an annoyance, nothing more) but it's new. Also I feel like I have an upper respiratory tract infection bc my upper chest feels tight, and it hurts only when I lay down, and especially when I lay on my back. It feels like someone is squeezing my chest. It doesn't feel like my heart. My heart rate and bp and O2 stats were fantastic when I checked them. I have congestion in my chest so the cold i had in my nose just moved down to my chest. I'm a little more cautious now bc I'm my nose...I'm not worried too much. Can't breathe? That's ok...I'll live. But if it is in my chest ... So much can go wrong. It can turn to pneumonia...Doubt it, but it's possible. My neutrophils are 24. Is that good, bad? Neutral like all the rest of my counts (thankfully)? Sorry for the stupid questions. I'm so new to this lol. Why hasn't my oncologist gone a bone marrow biopsy on me yet? Hey I wanted to make this post because it has really worried me for the past months.
I turned 17 in june and i'm currently 185/186cm. My parents are 191 and 170, taking this into account I think I should be alot taller, yet I still need to look up talking to my own dad....at 17. Even my 14 year old brother is closing in on me being already 178-180cm. My height prediction was like 193
When I was 14 I was only 160cm with 0 armpit hair and squeaky voice. When I turned 16 I was 177cm max.
When I turned 17 in june I was about 183-184cm
Is that considered a late bloomer? And do I have any hope of growing taller because I don't like how I look in family photos. I also have pretty small shoe and hands (size 42 eu), should I get medical attention?

Hi all - does anyone have any Treadly remotes they'd be willing to part with. I purchased a Treadly Pro a few years back, didn't even realize they had gone out of business until I began working from home again and pulled out my Treadly.  | Hey there! Long time player, first time posting on here. I started off playing the game trying to “catch them all”. However, I more recently started paying more attention to the skills and nature to each type. Still don’t totally understand all the different stats I see on here that go into the game. (I’m working on it!) Today’s catch was my first Rufflet. Super stoked to see it had the Berry Finding top skill right off the bat for my first encounter with this guy. However, I scrolled down a bit more to see the nature and that the main skill chance was down for it being a skill specialty Pokemon. My question is, is this catch a total bust? I was never one to pay attention to the nature of Pokemon playing any of the other Pokemon affiliated games (which drove my brother crazy). I could never remember!
