There was a knock at my door, and then a voice I was always delighted to hear.
Even though I could not move my mouth and inch, even though each breath threatened to scrape at my very throat, I tried to call out to him once again, just like I used to those distant years ago...

The alarm that he had installed inside my bed that responded to an increase in the stimuli I received rang it's joyous, ironic tune near moments after the last strained noise left my mouth. The door to my room —gently— flew back as Seig rushed in, a large, dumb hat covering his grien out white hair that I could not longer touch, wearing the same hoodie we both made to match and carrying some sort of dark ball into his torso—
A warm light washed over me, taking the burning behind my throat away and letting my mind rest easy.
Gently, softly so much that I could barely feel him, his fingers curled around my small hands as he looked at me up and down, searching for anything that he could have missed— nothing.
A few shards of glass kept near my head rose to his eyes, arranged to spell ‘I'm okay’... He sighed and looked at me with a loving smile before lightly caressing my hand.
The sensation was the only ‘touch’ I could have. A sensation only he could give caused by years of experience dealing with my sickness. A gentle caress so light none without heightened sensitivity like I could feel it.
"I'm glad you're okay."
The glass shifted, ‘I'm sorry for calling out...’
"No— it's fine Faffy, you haven't used your voice in so long I... I can tell you are adjusting to it slowly."
‘I'm so—’
‘It'ams not your fault.’ It's not yours either so stop looking at me with so much self loath—
"Oh! And— here, I made you something that'll let you move around a bit.'
—What?
The orb he has carried in with him levitated above his lapas he sat down in the table near my bed. It bubbled and squirmed for a moment, weird... Squiggly noises came for it for a while until... Un.. til...
Huh. That's an eye.
Seig, that's an eye.
"Yes, I know."
SEIG THATS A FUCKING HUMAN EYE WHAT DID YOU DO—
"...Don't look at me like that I didn't kill anyone. This," He pointed at the... thing above his lap, "Is Nichk, your new... Caretaker."
The thing grew teeth.
IT FUCKING GREW LARGE LONG TEETH SEIG WHAT DID YOU DOF YO CREATE HIM—
"Mo...ther...?"
...That was the voice near identical to a child. Mere decibles off, yet still a near perfect replication.
"I... Created the first homunculus I think."

"Mother...?"
The inky black body of my child bent from his position behind the wall, turning from shadow to ink as his eye moved to look at me proper in my bed.
"Okay...?"
"Yes, Nichk. Mommy's fine."
"Sleep... Talking..."
"...I was just dreaming about dad."
"Dad... Fine... Will visit... Tomorrow... Play...?"
I reached up my arm with the help of one of his tentacles and scratched what could only be the cheek of his inky body and ket out a small giggle.
"Of course."

Context: I am the MOH in my best friend’s wedding, which means I’m one of two hosts for the bridal shower (me and my best friend’s mom). I’m in charge of sending out invites. Recently, best friend’s aunt came out as trans, and now identifies as a man, we’ll call him Chris. The bridal shower is only women, not even best friend’s fiancé will be there. The issue lies in that Chris is very close to best friend’s grandmother (grandmother moved in with Chris) and is usually the driver for her to get to functions. Something that stuck with me in the pilot is Mark S. telling “Helly” that he didn’t have feelings for Ms. Casey, who he now knows is his “outtie’s” wife. From what we’ve seen in the first season, this is true. It was a compelling contrast to how Mark S. acted around Helly, which Dylan immediately picked up on.
What’s horrible to imagine is that Gemma was once a lot like Devon or Helly -- clever, funny, probably constantly ribbing Mark. Ms. Casey is a shell of Gemma. Is that what Lumon wants for all “innies”? Ms. Casey certainly doesn’t give Lumon any problems.
People have discussed how Ms. Casey is a “permanent innie,” but that wouldn’t explain why she clearly lacks any recognizable trace of Gemma.
Truly monstrous work from a monstrous organization.

tl;dr: Clomid initially boosted my testosterone and fertility, but levels crashed again at 6 and 12 months, possibly due to a bad batch or diminished effectiveness. Now I'm deciding between a new Clomid script or switching to Test Cyp/HCG to regain my well-being.
I know a lot of experience here is anecdotal, but I would like to hear from you guys and any suggestions or recommendations going forward. Originally was put on Clomid as I wanted to both increase my low test levels, and to hopefully kick start my swimmers.
- Pre-Clomid Labs:
- Testosterone: 2.9 nmol/L (84 ng/dL)
- Estradiol: 36 pmol/L (10 pg/mL)
- How I felt: Terrible, moody, run down, anxious, tired
- Fertility: Don't remember exact numbers, but were at the levels where only IVF would be successful.
- 3 Months on Clomid (25 mg daily):
- Testosterone: 20.7 nmol/L (597 ng/dL)
- Estradiol: 113 pmol/L (30.7 pg/mL)
- How I Felt: Absolutely great—energy, workouts, and mental clarity were at their best.
- Fertility: Improved 50x with all levels pointing to extremely strong chance of successful pregnancy naturally (if we were trying)
- 6 Months on Clomid:
- Testosterone: 16.7 nmol/L (482 ng/dL)
- Estradiol: 64 pmol/L (17.4 pg/mL)
- How I Felt: Still good overall, but not as great as at the 3-month point. I chalked it up to stress, sleep issues, and heavy training.
- Fertility: No tests conducted
- 12 Months on Clomid (No 9-month labs):
- Testosterone: ~8 nmol/L (~230 ng/dL)
- Estradiol: <30 pmol/L
- How I Felt: My levels crashed further, and I felt similar to how I did pre-treatment. Have gone through about 25-30lb weight loss since the 6 month mark.
- Fertility: No tests conducted
Now that I'm feeling like ass again, I have gone back to the doctors and have been given the following protocol choices (I have scripts for both in hand)
- Test Cypionate: 100 mg/week (split into two doses of 50 mg) + 500 IU HCG three times per week
- Newly compounded Clomiphene: 50 mg every day

2025.01.23 19:01 PatientConfusion6341 Why was I charged twice for a balance I paid last Friday?
I’m a little confused and mad about this whole situation but last Friday when I got paid I put down $400 to pay off some of the balance, that was on the 17th and I can see on my account it has the ‘thank you - internet payment’. I didn’t purchase anything until the 21st, my balance showed the $400.
Yesterday I made another payment of $328 and that went through fine but I was negative by $-400 on my bank account despite having the money so I was confused. I already called my bank and they’re going to put in a claim, I called discover and they said they resubmitted the payment twice because of insufficient funds I had on the 17th but I got paid that day and had enough to cover it.
Now i’m seeing the “represented internet payment” as well as a charge for a check return. I’ve never really had this happen before and all my transactions are usually smooth.
