Moving out to work in Queensland and have been sponsored a subclass 482 visa. However, I'm getting conflicting information on residency eligibility for tax purposes - does anyone have any clarification? I am not transitioning from a WHV - simply getting the 482 outright. For some additional information:
- The job is full-time and I will be working all hours on Australian soil. - Intend to rent during my time.
With the resides test, etc., does that only come into play after I've spent 6 months on Australian soil? Will I be changed more tax for the first 6 months?

Can anyone speak on how to apply the normal methods and techniques to try and identify an unknown father farther back in time?
Last summer, with help from the DNA Detectives Facebook group, I was able to help my brother-in-law identify his deceased father's biological parents who had been adopted from a hospital for unwed mothers in 1938.
Now I would like to see if I can do this with each of my maternal grandmother's grandfathers. Both of my mother's maternal grandparents were born to unwed mothers with no documented father. These are the last two of my 32 great grandparents that I have been unable to identify and document. It would be great to finally complete that generation after over 35 years of family history research if at all possible.
My maternal grandparents were born just before the turn of the 20th century on the West Virginia/Ohio border. My grandmother's father, Harry Herman Farson, was born in Willow Island, Pleasants county, WV in 1895. Her mother, Launa Jane Conner, was born in the neighboring county of Marion Junction, Wood county, WV in 1896. I have quite a bit of documentation of each of their and their mother's lives and ancestry. But no clue on who their fathers were.
I presume I should start with grouping my matches. However I am unsure how to do this in an efficient and effective manner to create groups based on my 3xGreat grandparents. When I took a stab at seeing how many 4th cousins might have to work with, I first came up with only 10 when I filtered for matches between 115cM and 140cM. Then I looked at 20cM to 140cM and came up with nearly 5k matches which seemed rather overwhelming.
Thank you in advance to anybody who can point me in the right direction and/or to good resources on how to work a problem like this.

I think the general opinion of lisa has shifted very much drastically.she was always very much hated but she definitely was the most popular member and was constantly praised for being the members with the best dances,stage presence and even some saying she is a better rapper than Jennie.
Her solo debut was met with mixed reviews but overall Her songs were the biggest hits and was literally competing along side bp achievements
Now I think imo The most biased member is either Jennie/ jisoo and then rose/Lisa What happened? I see criticisms of her not singing or using backtrack but as a longtime blink.she always did this even during her time in YG.she always used backtracks and did lip sync occassionally in her money and lalisa stages But now a days the black lash she receives is just confusing I see so many comments saying she can't sing at all, can't even dance or give energy in her stages Not to mention when it was announced she was gonna perform in Coachella There so many comments saying she needs to improve and she is not the right person to perform acting like she is some rookie. Like hello did y'all forget just how iconic she was in 2019/2023? She has always been immensely talented while I agree her songs r lack luster and there r things she could have done better but the perception of her being completely inadequate in her skills when she has proved multiple times she is a seasoned professional.besides lalisa and money received the same reviews infact I argue rockstar new women and moonlight r better than money or lalisa
So why the sudden shift ?
