Okay this is going to sounds so strange and I’m hoping I’m not the only one….? I have been diagnosed with IBS D&C for about 10 years now, and had SIBO about 5 yrs ago. For years (honestly as long as I can remember) I get extremely bloated if I lay down flat at any point in the middle of the day or night. This has been a challenge with toddlers and babies as they always want to play on the floor. I have to make sure certain appointments like dentists, hair(where they lean you back to wash hair), facials, etc… are early in the morning or else I’ll be bloated for the rest of the day after lying down. When the bloating tries to go away, it causes an IBS flare up of course. It seems to happen regardless of the type of food I’ve already eaten that day. I’ve tried Simethicone, but there isn’t enough simethicone under the sun to stop my bloating.
Has anyone else experienced this weird phenomenon?

I need some low histamine snack ideas that are also LOW CARB. I have diabetes (well controlled with diet) and I cannot eat most fruit (so no frozen grapes for me!) or anything with a higher carb content like rice cakes or oats.
What are your ideas? I'm losing so much weight because I can't eat enough calories having to be low-carb and low-histamine as I'm basically eating tons of veggies and protein for every meal.

Ever since I realized I might be a grey ace, I’ve been much happier and my mind feels less burdened. However, I’ve become more insecure about seeking relationships and being open about my identity.
I’ve always felt like an unusual person, someone with such specific ways of thinking and doing things that it might make getting into a relationship more complicated by the get go. My last relationship was five years ago, and now, after spending so many years finding myself out, I feel like dating again.
But when I meet someone or use dating apps, I often feel insecure about sharing my identity. I worry that people might avoid me solely because of it, not even giving me a chance to explain or taking the time to truly get to know me. I'm afraid of not being able to have a relationship again. Just saw my local game shop are selling Starfield new for €15 and it's €4 for the premium upgrade with shattered space. Compared to an old Xbox One game Forza Horizon 4 (already delisted) which is currently €19. That price point smells of death to me. Seems like Starfield's days are numbered. I personally loved it but have lost interest after over 1,100 hours. Unless Bethesda gets serious about updating the base game, it is unlikely to last very long.

Hi all,
I have a concern over temperatures on my G16. I bought it in the middle of last year and had the CPU repasted through the asus warranty as i believe it wasn't properly pasted with stock thermal paste (or liquid metal whatever have you)
In any case, I got it back and everything works fine on the CPU end. However the GPU temps concern me. GPU Z temperatures easily go a few degrees beyond the thermal limit of 87c pretty quickly, and a hotspot can reach up to 90. This is all using a metal laptop stand.
Games like Silent Hill 2, strangely enough Medieval Dynasty, and Path of Exile 2 (with fps exceeding 60 in this title) quickly average between 85 and 88, and other games like Half Sword and I'm assuming most other demanding games out there.
I am asking because I have undervolted it with GPU Tweak III and have managed to get temperatures stable for all of these games. SH2 at max settings peaks at 80 degrees celsius when undervolted, and other titles stay in their 70s.
Is exceeding thermal limits alone a good reason & cause of concern that warrants warranty service by Asus or is everything actually working fine and as intended? Could a repaste help the matter of not exceeding thermal limits?
The specs are:
RTX 4070 mobile
Intel i7-13650HX
16GB ram
I always play in performance mode using the armory crate
