Hey everyone. We have recently rescued a french bulldog crossbreed. I've been having a major case of the puppy blues, and have been religiously reading the puppy blues thread on here, which have been helping, but I feel like part of the reason is feeling like a bit of a prisoner to that room, hence the below questions.
I have a few questions about crate training and general home life - I'm working from home at the minute, but will have to start going out for a couple of hours eventually. I want to start getting him used to being alone, because at the minute he will cry as soon as I leave the room even for a second.
1 - I've read a lot of people saying about the 1 hour out, 2 hours napping rule - he has never napped for 2 hours straight, but should I keep him in the crate for the 2 hours even if he is awake?
2 - I guess similar to that, when he does wake up from a nap, should I get him straight out, or should I let him sit in there a bit, providing he isn't upset?
3 - I know everyone says to build up leaving them - he will have a whimper a few times if I leave the room, but then will usually stop - is this okay or should I not be letting any whimpecries happen whatsoever?
Any advice/suggestions as to what worked for you would be much appreciated.

I setup my store ID to earn globally on all sites, the consolidated summary shows revenue coming in from most of the countries, but the earnings report is only showing US revenue and items. I've read a few threads here about beta readers. And it is very hard to find some for my books, especially for free.
As I understand it, beta readers are people who read the early stages of the books and give a lot of feedback, so it's kind of a job.
But I would like to find some people who can read almost finished or even published books and give me, I don't know, 5 to 10 sentences of feedback, or even better if someone can write a review of an already published book on Amazon. Negative or positive, just be honest.
Is that even possible? My problem is that my books are being translated into English and I would like to know how they are. Main ideas already tested in my native language.

An agent from one bank sold my Mom a ULIP, ABSLI Guaranteed Milestone policy to be specific. She was naive and took the policy and I was unaware of it. Recently I got to know about it and as it’s not a good policy I called up ABSLI and asked them the process of surrendering the policy on which I was told that I can only surrender after paying the second annual premium. I don't want to waste money paying one more premium so I wanted to know if I stop paying premium without surrendering the policy then what would be the repercussions?

I'm in my mid 20s and have been working a corporate job for almost 3 years now. I have started have second thoughts continuing in this path as I'm thinking it's not the right thing for me and it doesn't give me joy or excitement.
