I’ve been watching a lot of Ben Considine videos and he seems to land his feet on the back third of the board so that he can start his bottom turn right away. I’ve been trying to practice this but I keep landing roughly in the middle of the board. Does anyone have any tips for getting your feet over the tail more?

I have some analysis about current situation in the country and what is going to happen. I might be wrong but this is how it will eventually proceed.
This is all connected to america. Their filthy biden is gone. Their establishment is also very powerful. They have become extremely dirty worldwide after the Khan's removal from office. First time america heard the music worldwide. They have been doing it from always but never heard such a music. This is the first time. They have maintained a very long picture of being the "democratics" to their own nation as well as the world. They have faced so much music that their establishment is trying to regain their "good and superior" nation picture back.
Trump might have come through voting and power of people. But don't forget they are our teachers. They taught us every evil to our establishment. They know better how to rig elections, play agency warfare and all this BS. They could also rig elections and again bring someone like Bush-the war criminal but they let trump win. They are not that helpless. This is my view that trump has been allowed to come and take over. They want to become good nation again.
This will resonate world-wide. Trump kicked Israel's butts and forced them to stop their BS. He is now forcing Arabs to bring down oil prices. He is trying to stop all the Biden-led wars and stop their fundings. He wants to invest every penny in america.
This will resonate here in pakistan too. Eventually the conditions will become so, that they won't be able to hold khan anymore and will be released. Mark my words, if they could assasinate him, they would have done it by now. They have been stopped by america. So, his coming out is inevitable.

What is the reason for this? Are there any potential consequences to not including my sealed dead name on this application? Does anyone know why the website has deleted all articles related to recorded sex?

2025.01.23 20:40 Small-Landscape7955 Levo Floxxed, immediate rest and supplement use, ready for PT. Need advice.
Hello, I am a 29 y/o male. I was Floxxed with Levofloxacin after taking a Prednisone 7 day course 2 weeks earlier. Took 3 pills on Levo and started to get tightness in my left calf on Day 3 (Jan 3rd 2025). Immediately stopped taking and started supplementing with Magnesium and Vitamin C. Went down the Floxx rabbit hole and was immediately horrified and filled with fear. Over the next few days, tendonitis/tendinopathy/muscle spasms moved to both of my legs and was slightly present in my left arm. I was on bed-rest for 7 straight days,. On day 7 I got into see a sports medicine doctor and he seemed to be familiar with Fluoroquinolone Toxicity. He did an ultrasound on my legs and confirmed no tendon tears. (which was to be expected). He then laid out a plan for recovery.
Recovery stated: 3-6 months recovery. Encouraged movement early on, walking, stationary bike, only what my body would allow without significant pain. He also discouraged any use of NSAIDS as they can end up being counter productive to a flox recovery.
Since the doctors visit, I have been recovering well. I can walk miles and feel alright. My muscle spams have reduced significantly, some days none appear at all. Tendons in my legs still feel very 'tight' but don't hurt per say. I go up and down stairs with 0 issues right now. things that really helped with my 3 week recovery so far: warm baths 1-2 times a day and walking.
That brings me to where I am now and I really need help with a plan for physical therapy. With my recovery going this way, I would do anything to avoid a setback. However, it feels as if my body is ready to start the next steps in this recovery process.... Just need to know what those might be and how best to go about the physical therapy. I would like to return to weight lifting, running, tennis and baseball in the future. Can anyone provide some advice?
