i’m not sure if it’s something related to my autism or to my transness, but i’m not sure if he is into me or not. he is, as far as i know, a straight guy, but since the we met he’s being pretty close to me like, wanting to know me better and stuff. we are studying together and i haven’t spoken about me being trans because usually i just let people guess (i use all pronouns) and enjoy the confusion, but he’s being talking to me as if i were a guy, which is fine, and lately we are getting closer and the other day we had an exam but i left before him and he… called me, to know how it went but i got nervous and didn’t pick up and we just texted. and today we had an school trip but he didn’t come even though he said that if i was coming, he will as well, so tonight he called me again, while he was at work, to tell me why he didn’t come (his phone died, so he didn’t wake up on time, he wanted to go) and after that i thought that was it, i thought he was just being polite but then… he started asking bout how my day went and we’ve been like 40min at the phone. and no, we are not teenagers, we are 27(he) and 28(me) years old.
is it this… common between guys? because i’m starting to get confused about what’s happening. i don’t know, i don’t usually call my friends at night to know how their they went, i just text them, but i don’t call in general to anyone and i don’t have many cis dudes friends either, so i’m not familiar with how they talk or behave with each other. i don’t know, should i do something about it? should i just wait? what’s happening guys i need help.

I bought the boat in California with 11 hours of operation logged on the ECU, a few months after it was first sold to the original owner. The boat's warranty was transferred to me but it denies covering any components not manufactured by the boat manufacturer[TN] so I'm trying to get the stern thruster manufacturer's[FL] warranty to cover the stern thruster motor that failed due to water intrusion, which is supposed to be water-tight. The stern thruster warranty says it's not transferable, but ChatGPT says that this unfair clause might be unenforceable due to three laws. ChatGPT drafted up a letter that I've quoted below referring to the laws. The manufacturer responded that they're still in compliance with the law. Do I have a case?
Part of letter to manufacturer:
"I am writing to formally request warranty coverage for the replacement of the stern thruster motor on my boat, which failed due to a manufacturing defect allowing water intrusion into the thruster motor. The boat was purchased from the original owner within the warranty period, with 11 hours of operation documented at time of sale, and I am entitled to coverage under the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act (California Civil Code §§ 1790-1795.8), the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act (15 U.S.C. §§ 2301-2312), and applicable Florida state laws referenced below.
