Is there anyone in the world whose hair has happened to what happened to mine? Is there any hope??
My hair is naturally wavy (last photo) and it was fine. All I did during this period was apply natural henna and straightening my hair - but I don’t use heat a lot. I do it once every 3 years😁 I was also taking medication for acne, doxycost, and my psychological state was very bad at this time All these factors affected my hair, until it became burnt and stuck together. Of course, I cut it like a buzzcut, After 8 months of cutting it, my hair became matte, frizzy, and very dry, as if it had been burned or had suffered a shock because it had frizzed and piled up on itself. It stands at the top and doesn't come down unless you brush it The hair became smaller and its luster faded, as if it had lost its luster And the entire volume of hair became small
Should I cut it again? I forgot to say that I did all the tests and followed up with the doctors Is there hope for his return after a year or two? Is there any hope that the hair will return to its natural state or is this my new hair?

I have never found love in my family, I still can not really share talk go and ask for help what am i going mentally that i need some love i need some peace in my life and because my childhood was emotionally challenging, i have always search for love outside of my family. Obviously outsider has trusted me the have made me what am i today. They had believed in me which was need to be done by my family because of this trauma i always wanted someone to love me. As my track record goes i am really bad at it. Being nice and sweet i can not go and approach any girl. I kind like a nerd at 1st go butwith time i can be funny. Seeing over romantic movie i am unable move from my current relationship, I stuck, frustrated i do not what to do because of the social media i am always in this trap of love is everything you should not give on trying etc need help what should I do

2025.01.23 17:28 MrCuddlekins Is Etalus’ ledge get up attack bugged or just really bad?
I’m not saying the character is bad but this might be the actual worst move in the game to the point I genuinely assume it wasn’t meant to release in this state.
For a brief rundown as to why I think this, currently the move has roughly 1/3rd the I-frames of every other ledge getup attack in the game (10 to be exact, all others are at least 20-34) the I-frames only last for 2 frames into the first active hitbox while as far I know every other ledge getup attack has decent overlap of I-frames and a hitbox. On top of that the 3 swipes he does not only don’t combo into each other but the first two swipes are punishable on hit.
Like there is actually negative reason to ever press this terrible button, I think he’s a solid character but I felt this should be brought up because it seems unintentionally bad.

2025.01.23 17:28 jackthehat6 My meds experience so far
This is more just a mini update and as much for me as anyone else, so that I can come back too it if I need too!
Diagnosed 8 months back at teh age of 33 and finally started meds a month or so back
I've always had anxiety issues and one of the things that pushed me to finally seek a diagnosis was when I read stories of people who cured their anxiety to their surprise with adhd meds - i.e their anxiety was actually a product of their adhd! They became super social and happy with less 'social inhibition' etc. Starting a convo with a stranger or going too a job interview was suddenly a million times easier.
It kind of made sense because certain things about me (awful memory, inability to read more than a few pages of a book before I lose focus and literally forget what i'd just read, talk very fast, very physically restless etc) always made me suspect adhd, and the anxiety thing was kind of the cherry on the cake.
So I was put on methylp at varying dosages. It just made me feel very 'edgy' and 'serious'. Felt like I couldn't laugh! Felt a bit like a robot. Very strange.
They then switched me to elvanse (which is likely the last one i'll be able to try! in fact, even letting me change meds took some pressure and convincing on my part!).
People spoke of euphoria on this med at like 30mg. I've gone as high as 60mg so far and certainly none of that!
My reaction to both meds really has me doubting my diagnosis tbh. (although my psychiatrist said I 'definitely' have adhd).
With elvanse, the 'serious/robotic' feeling isn't quite as bad, but I really don't feel any different and don't notice any changes
Maybe i'm just not very self perceptive and so I don't notice little changes in things like 'attention' and 'focus', but then as I said before, it's almost like those weren't really my personal symptoms anyway!
I DO notice that I still find myself literally forgetting what someone is saying to me almost as they're saying it! (not TRULY listening despite my best efforts!). I still certainly get comments about how i'm so restless ''can't you just sit down to Wait for the kettle to boil! Why are you walking around like a caged lion??!!' lol. Still talk very fast. No 'calming' that was hoping for. No improvement in my general anxiety. Only thing I 'notice' and that I like is that my 'binge eating' is much better. I'm someone who used to constantly crave sugar! It's better (on both meds in fact)
Not sure where i'm going with this post, but wanted to make it.

My dad has never been into anime, or even a lot of TV in general. But he does like to hang out with me. I asked him to watch JoJo with me and he’s SUPER into it. He always says how awesome it is and how he could just binge it. I started it over with him and we just finished part 3. The fact I get to watch it with him and enjoy it that much more makes me like JoJo even more and makes it that much more important to me.

Fellow Home lab folks. Let me start off by saying, that your setups are very impressive. The point of this post is to get suggestions on how to migrate my 8 year old lab to a newer more efficient and very expanded setup. The setup currently has 2 households connected through a wireguard VPN on some aging hardware that is starting to show it's age. My local router is running a N3700 Pentium while my brother in-law's is some SFF dell with a i5 8k series CPU. I am looking to replace both of the devices with either a opnsense based device (both currently run PfSense) or a Unifi Gateway. The problem I am trying to solve is. I know I need a beefy device for my local router to handle 4 VPN connections simultaneously along with a reliable ids/ips config. I have also been using Unifi for that time for all the local connections inside mine and my brother in-laws house utilizing a multi site setup for it. I am looking to add 3 more locations in the same way.
The issue I am having with just deploying Unifi gateway based devices, as nice as it would be with a single pane of glass approach, is the lack of STP or LAG on the devices. I currently rely on LAGG's to connect the switches in the houses to both other switches or the router for redundancy and load balancing. I would be happy if Unifi offered even STP on the gateways as a minimum.
So fellow home lab folks, do you guys have any suggestions on devices I can look into for OpnSense or am i doing overkill and should just use the Unifi gateways? Also, I saw the N100 based devices on AliExpress. They look exactly like Procteli devices but saw a lot of people where having issues with them. Thanks in advance.
