So I’ve been working in the arborist and gardening industry for around 7 years, I’m 23 have a good understanding of what I’m doing but at the moment I’m not in a position to start up but it’s definitely a future plan, I’m sick of doing the big money jobs but only getting a fraction while the bosses sit at home in the dry and warm, I work really hard, I am brilliant with customers in all situations and I always work to an extremely high standard, but I feel like I’m wasting my time earning someone else the money I have earned, but I live in the UK and live close to company’s ive worked for and have a good relationship with and also a old school friend who had a company given to him, I don’t like stepping on people’s toes and upsetting people that gave me opportunities to work when I was starting out, any advice would be much appreciated I’m in abit of a predicament 😕
