Received a call from one of my employees asking about what sort of ID he needs to start carrying. He said he had relatives stopped by USCIS and threatened with deportation for not carrying the right ID, and wants to make he has the right paperwork on him while he travels for work to avoid issues. (He does environmental monitoring/survey and travels around the state.)
He's Native American. Navajo. It goes without saying that he and his family were all born in the US.
And being threatened with deportation.
NATIVE...
Americans...
Deportation.
Since this is the Arizona we live in now, wondering if anyone has any resources or guidelines I can provide to my employees regarding their rights and what to do when stopped by immigration agents while trying to do their job.

Curious to see what others think. I'm wrestling (mentally) with with Axel Rudakubana's punishment.
He killed innocent girls taking a dance class. He will now spend 52 years in prison.
Can someone explain to me why he shouldn't be killed?
In cases where there's doubt, i get that the death penalty might be the wrong option, but in this specific case (and in the case of, for example, Ian Huntley - who killed two girls in the early 00s), I don't get why it is illegal.
