40M Recently had bloodwork done and came back at 530 total and 14.2 free. Total is up from previous year’s reading of 448 but free is down from a year ago when I was 68.5.
Bloodwork indicates I am in the right range but I am experiencing all of the noted symptoms, decreased libido and energy, brain fog and especially anxiety. My PCP sees nothing wrong with my numbers but I’m curious if a clinic would have the same feelings as my PCP or offer treatment.

I signed up for mercari because someone there had a blanket I wanted. I signed up bought the blanket and then my account was restricted and they said I would be banned. I think they restricted my account because I had signed up in the past with a different email. So I guess they thought It was fraud.
Anyway I messaged them and explained I really would like to keep my account and please don't kick me off. They told me to go to my alerts and confirm some info but when I click the alert nothing happens. Well turns out I can only do this in their stupid app. There is no freaking way in hell I'm going to be bullied into downloading another fucking app. I hate that every company has an app they try to make me download to do basic things on their platform. So I guess I'm going to lose my account for the egregious offense of having two emails and not agreeing to using their app when there's no logical reason I need to.
Oh and to be clear I never even used the other account. I wasn't planning on it. This is not that serious. They just missed out on a ton of money because I do a lot of thrifting through these platforms.

I am working on a project for my son's bedroom and this is the first time I've tried to do something besides just simply painting the wall. He wants to do a checkerboard border (by hand) across the middle of the walls and I am trying to find a way to do it without taping individual squares as this would take forever. I'm searching for ideas to paint the squares such as sponge ideas or special stamps or anything else that may work.
