2010 SES: Last week, I broke the exterior door handle because it was frozen shut (honestly didn't pull that hard). Now I have to open the driver’s door from the inside via the rear left door, oh well! My mechanic quoted $660 to replace the exterior handle, handle base reinforcement, and lock actuator. Since my lock actuator has been broken for a while, I agreed to fix it, as there’s labor overlap. I've calculated the parts to cost around or even under $200, so I’m questioning the $460 labodiagnostic fee. The parts just arrived, and I’m scheduled for repairs Monday but now having second thoughts. Thoughts?

For context, I built a PC back in early 2020, i5 9600k, GTX 1660 Super, 32 GB RAM, 240GB SSD (for windows) a 1Tb Nvme SSD, and a 600w power supply.
I've began having some problems with the GPU, and I believe that it is time to start upgrading some parts, and I'm thinking the GPU is a good place to start. I've been looking at the RTX 3060, so I don't bottleneck with the CPU. Will this be a good choice? Or is there something else that you could recommend since the 3000 series is getting older.

All rooms are fully upgraded and all the space is filled. I put all my non necessary dwellers on coffee break and just let them chill. (Left the power plants an Nuka Cola rooms running) I am done, I have no interest in starting a new vault so this one will live on the server until they delete it.
