The rear speakers in my Prius+ are hardly noticeable. Only when you set the balance way to the rear you can hear them. Common issue that has never been solved as far as I know. Also the display gets a bit out of date. No Android auto etc. Does anyone have experience with a good aftermarket car radio with Andoid auto support?

 | I have been wearing my Oura ring during indoor cycling workouts lately and my Physiological Stress score seems to be going down? "What is Daytime Stress load? ... [it] weighs metrics like your daytime HRV and heart rate" I've been training pretty hard the last 3 weeks, my resilience should be much further to the right on the map plot. Maybe I'm not understanding what Resilience is supposed to track. I was hoping Resilience would track recovery vs workout intensity so I can dial in the "sweet spot" for training load, to find the point where too much training negatively affects recovery, like what a WHOOP band does, but it's useless if ignores workouts. My wife and I are building a home in a development. We selected a builder, lot, floor plan, and design selections. We then signed a contract. After breaking ground and pouring our foundation, we were told a $30k retaining wall was needed. My question is, during the pre-construction phase, would/should the builder have known this was going to be a potential issue before they broke ground? And should this have been communicated beforehand? Thanks in advance!

I just started Tirzepatide a few weeks ago and I am loving the weight loss and lack of food noise. However, as part of that lack of food noise, I’m no longer looking forward to what I used to. Every weekend, I would enjoy nice dinners and drinks with friends. Now I have no interest in good meals. I feel like it’s hurting my social life. Also, I used to drink a good amount and that has curb substantially, which is great. But it’s also curbed my interest in going out. Anyone else experience this feeling? It’s certainly worth losing the weight but it’s a side effect for me.
