My ex-boyfriend (24) broke up with me last week and i cant stop crying. He kept saying that we just weren't working right now and that he loves me and one day wants to end up with me but for now he needs to focus on himself and that I have to live my life. We had been struggling for a while since we were doing long distance at least for another year. Im just so sad I keep thinking about how i didn't prioritize him well enough and that I wasn't a good girlfriend and that i messed up everything. All i want is for him to come back to me but i dont think he will. He is my first love but I just dont want to be with anyone else and i keep thinking that i let the best thing that ever happened to me slip away from me. Hi all,
I received a 70% rating for MST about 2 years and have TDIU. I have an appeal claim that’s been sitting for a while- but I’m not too stressed about it since I don’t work and the monthly paycheck is enough to make ends meet.
With everything that is happening in our government, do you guys predict that VA disability will be affected? If so, do you think they would take vets who are already rated as disabled off VA disability? Or just make it harder to get?
I’m not going to lie, I’m worried since I’m so mentally fucked up that I can’t work. I’m trying my hardest in and out of therapy to be a functional person but it’s so hard with my PTSD. I guess I’m looking for others who can relate to my anxiety? Or to hear everyone’s perspectives on what’s going to happen to us.

I’m a 29-year-old woman, and I’ve been in a relationship with my boyfriend (32) for about a year now. Before that, we were friends for 13 years. We’re deeply in love, and I already knew his family a bit from our friendship, as they always made me feel welcome. After we became a couple, this dynamic didn’t change; they continued to be warm and inviting.
To give some context, my boyfriend’s family consists of: • My boyfriend (outgoing, extroverted, and has many friends). • His sister-in-law (the bride), who is 29, lives in another country, and is nice, though we aren’t very close. This story is about her wedding. • His younger sister-in-law, who is 27. She is autistic and someone I get along with well. The family sometimes laughs at her autistic habits in what they believe is a lighthearted way, but it makes me uncomfortable. • My mother-in-law, who is a homemaker and takes care of the younger sister-in-law. • My father-in-law, who works and provides for the family. • My aunt-in-law, who is my mother-in-law’s sister.

The conversation in the group ended there, but my mother-in-law later messaged me privately. I think this was to avoid upsetting the younger sister-in-law, as they try to keep things calm for her. She wrote:

Looking back, I believe the situation could have been avoided if they had told me earlier about my mother-in-law’s preference for no one else to wear red. Red is such a common wedding color, and I think it was unreasonable for her to expect no one else to wear it.
While I complied, I felt disrespected and excluded.

Hello,
I started a new job 3 weeks ago and I sadly stopped doing IF, because had to drive 50-100km in the morning (I used to do 14:10 fasting from 11pm to 1pm and it works great)
I used to be hungry pretty much very hungry from 11am to 1pm but i can just do 12:12 or 13:11 and it will work i think. i mean, not eating from 11pm to 11am is still a lot i think (i wake up in 7am)
I want to get back on the road, the hunger won't make my driving less safe let's say?
anybody else with some experience?
