2025.01.23 19:51 Comfortable_Leek3617 Heel lift even with smaller-than-my-size boots?
Hey there, I'm trying to find boots for me since I'm always in horrible pain but I love snowboarding.
I have small feet, a EUR 40 which I believe is a US 7.5. I suspect they are also quite thing at the ankles (normal width from mid to toes). I got a 39 and even though the top of my mid foot is completely snug (too much, even), I still seem to have heel lift.
I'd expect the foot to not move at all given these conditions. Any suggestions? Should I try these J things?

I read a similar post about the pharmacy profession and wanted to know if podiatry would be a good profession to get into.
I have heard that entry pay is not the best, but it’s understandable since it’s entry. How much can someone with years of experience under their belt be expected to earn a year? I have heard around 120k might be a cap. Moreover a few more questions.
- Is the only way to earn good money to start your own practice? How affordable it that to do?
- how is the locuming scene. Is it easy to locum as a podiatrist? Is there a market for it?
- how is the career growth etc.
- how is the working life? Is it bearable or do people quit because it’s exhausting?

Hi zusammen. Ich habe ein Problem - ich kann vor anderen Menschen nicht essen, es macht mich total nervös - schmatze ich zu sehr, Mund zu weit geöffnet.. etc etc. Außerdem finde ich es extrem schwer Gespräche zu führen, während man isst, wie soll man das schaffen?😂😅
Es gibt so 10 Personen, wo ich damit keine Probleme habe, aber gerade Leute bei der Arbeit etc. Da kann ich das nicht und nehme mich aus gemeinsamen Mittagessen usw. Immer raus, was natürlich extremes missfallen erregt. Auch wenn ich eine Person gut leiden kann, kann ich das einfach nicht.
