Maybe I am wrong here, you tell. I am working out around 5-6 days with lifting. Did a bunch of programm (PPS App, Juggernaut, STKB) and mostly enjoyed it though with mixed results. Calistehnics was always intrigueing and now I want to get startet. OIver the last years I did blend in some burpee routines (Ironwolf) which I enjoyed a lot. I am about to use FitnessFAQ BW for Beginners (though starting in the later levels) and the limitles legs, since I want to keep working out 5-6 days a week. I am not sure wheter I picked the right programm, but I think I start slow but sure since I can do maybe 8-9 pullups in a row, around 40 pushups. So Body by rings seemed to steep (even though I enjoy hard trainings,but I guess I need also some progress to stay motivated) What you be your take on that? Now my second question: I do not want to lose my progress on the bench, squat and deadlift (maybe also stifleg dl). Would you think it is cool to just add the wenn I have Pull (DL), Push (Bench) and Leg (Squat) to the routine? Or is it kinda not necessary, since I do not really lose progress? Thanks for letting me know your thoughts.

2025.01.23 21:10 Accomplished_Bee_870 Colposcopy results - focal HPV change, negative for dysplasia (?)
I just received my colposcopy results from yesterday. My ECC was negative, but the cervical biopsy showed "cervical squamous mucosa with focal HPV change, negative for dysplasia". It's good that it's negative for dysplasia, right? I just wasn't sure exactly what the focal HPV change meant and am waiting to hear back from doctor about it.. I did have a pap smear a few weeks prior that was negative for any lesions, but was high risk HPV positive and showed partially obscuring inflammation, which was why my doctor wanted to move forward with a colpo to be safe. I do have history of HSIL in the past and needed a LEEP two years ago. I was negative for HPV and had normal cells a year after, but I recently had a baby and my postpartum checkup/pap showed I am HPV positive again:/

I (24f) have a love hate relationship with my sister that I will call Emily. When she was 8 and I was 16, she got diagnosed with cancer. That's what family thought anyway. You see before the test, I overheared her talking to the docter asking to fake the results to say that she did have cancer
I was shocked but kept the info to myself.I had a recording divice so i recored on that. Since then she has been the golden child. For example, I got a game boy for Christmas that year I got a game boy and she got a guitar (what she asked for) but she threw a fit because mine was " better" than her £200 guitar. I always knew the truth but never sniched.
This year was her sweet 16 and when she didn't get a car she screamed "IM GOING TO DIE SOON AND YOU DONT EVEN GET ME A CAR" that's when I lost it. I stood and said. " I have somthing to tell you all" I went upstairs and got the old device that I hid away. I played there convsation and the family was shocked. Some are saying I was wrong to do that on her birthday while others say that people deserves to no the truth

I am kindly requesting help as someone without access to great information on how this all works.
I will call them choice 1,2,3 for simplicity and you can too or use an acronym eg smart, saver and core.
- Cheapest - but I understand it excludes back/neck, shouldeknee and hernia which are massive in my opinion as any accident etc will probably involve one of those muscle groups and hernias are not uncommon. So I’m thinking of skipping entirely but perhaps I am being unnecessarily scared or misunderstanding.
- And 3. Same price, double that of 1. However no exclusions on either it seems which makes me very happy. The only issue is I do not understand what is different between them? One is savings vs full hospital plan, but they seem to cover the same so isn’t a saver better since I get more day to day? I must be missing something.

I've had the mirena coil in since September 2018 and the general guidance in my area is the mirena coil can stay in for 8 years.
I've had a few episodes over the years of light spotting, but currently experiencing proper bright red bleeding for the first time. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and knows the cause?
