Hello so I've been getting tattoos for years and usually sit through 6-10 hours of work at a time, with different artists over the years. I've currently met a new artist who is a great person, and I'm grateful for, the only issue is I've never experienced this amount of pain getting worked on before. I've gone from being able to sit through 10 hours of work, to only 1 1/2 with this specific artist before needing to stop. I swear it feels like a knife is not being dragged on my skin but dug into my skin over and over. The healing process is much more rough than other artists, I'm usually in alot of pain, red, and deeply scabbing. I understand those are also normal aftercare symptoms, but I can't stop thinking it's because of how rough the tattooing is because none of my other tattoos healed that way in the past. The pain during the sessions are so difficult to get through that I shake, sweat, and at times nearly pass out. I've actually never felt pain that bad before in my life, it's getting me down. I actually am thinking of giving up any new tattoos because of this, I think im traumatized lol.
Nowhere online does anyone confirm that an artist can actually be that heavy handed it sounds like a myth, because there are moments during the tattooing process where the artist's hand feels lightweight like a pen to paper, and the pain is completely completely manageable, but the moment they force all their weight on me, and machine the torture starts all over again.
Seems like lidocaine helped me near the end of one session, I'm embarrassed I need to request any pain management, I feel like a failure, because I truly believe in earning your tattoo, but this I can't do it anymore.

2025.01.23 20:52 WhiskeyAndNoodles [Request] Can anyone that knows how to edit a PDF file take a few minutes and fix some things on my resume? I'm in a real crunch here and I want to hit the town this coming week and hand it out anywhere and everywhere I can.
I printed out my resume today and noticed there were some commas after some of the cities before the states and some others not. Also the font puts all the letters very close to each other and ends up being hard to read. It looks decent on my phone and computer but when printed, not so much.
It's only one page with 4 previous jobs, I'll gladly email it to someone if you can take a few moments to help me. Basically I'd like the font changed and those commas to be uniform. Nothing too serious, though any other improvements would be massively appreciated. For instance, my most recent job starts with how I was responsible for cleaning up the facility. That may not be the best thing to lead with. Or maybe adding some keywords that AI cares about since AI seems to be doing most of the resume reviewing these days. If not it's fine, just fixing the punctuation inconsistencies and making it look better would do wonders.
I didnt want to post a picture because the problems are basically just what I mentioned as far as I can tell, and I don't know how to remove my personal info. Its really just two commas and a better font.
I have like $100 in my bank account right now and I'm looking to be walking all over town come Monday. I've been applying like crazy online for months with no luck for a while now and its crunch time. Im in a rough spot here which is why Im resorting to the old fashioned way of going from place to place, and it just doesnt look great when printed.
Id like to keep it one page unless a pro resume maker has a better idea and wants to help. I really dont know anything about making resumes or what companies look for with them. Any help would really mean a lot.

Hello all. I recently downsized my setup to a G957" and would like to move to standing desk again. The problem is it's a manual desk and I'd rather not risk dropping the monitor when manhandling the desk to get it to rise. My solution was to get a Mechanical TV lift and mounting the G9 to it or selling my 2 desks for a nice electric standing desk.

Hi everyone, I've started my first proper non-league save with Dover Athletic in the 6th tier of english football. I signed Sam Blair (20 y/o Irish GK with 4* C/A and %* P/A), and also organised a friendly with Luton Town which we obviously lost but made £4,000 from. Chasing Right Winger Hafani Bouraima, Togolese Dortmund academy reject but I can't afford his wages as the board hasn't given me any of the money from the friendly.
I'm a bit stuck as to what I should do now..... Any thoughts?
Of course playing Route One brexitball, which should be obligatory considering it's Dover and it's the Vanarama National League South.
