2025.01.23 21:00 E-Man-86 Roomate flips out cause i contacted their emergency contact after not seeing them for a week
So, I havent seen my roomate for a week. I was legit worried he left his light on in his room i thought he was in there but after not hearing him come out to use the bathroom/get food etc i got worried. I texted him this morning saying" Hey are you ok?" he didnt answer and after knocking on his door hearing nothing. I open it to see he isn't there but his car is still here. Hmm so, i call his emergency contact to find out he had a family emergency went to FL cause his Grandpa is dying. I'm relieved to know hes ok and im sorry for the situation but he neglected to tell me he was gone! I believe its common courtesy to let someone know if you're gone for an extended period of time. Seems reasonable right? He ges off on me saying he didnt respond to me cause he doesnt answer to anyone Umm ok cool thats true, but i have a right to be concerned about someone's well being if i havent heard/seen them in a while especially if they're living in my house. He insults me saying be a man and ask him whats going on etc which i did but idk he's dealing with a lot apparently but no reason to be rude to me about it. I tolds him i'll talk to him when he's calmer. Thoughts?

Currently using the 3 week study calendar on Archer. What videos did you find the most beneficial on archer? Did you do the 3 day boot camp on top of these videos? Did anyone go to the live lecture? Did you actually watch all of the videos on the three week study calendar? Did you find CAT exams or readiness exams to be more helpful and which one was like the actual NCLEX? Besides archer did just listening to the mark kilmek lectures help you?

I am a parent in wa state. 50/50 custody of one child (one week on one week off) Other parent is voluntarily underemployed with a masters degree in a field they could easily be employed in and potentially make anywhere from 60K-100K yearly but this parent chooses to be a stay at home parent. Minimum wage was imputed to them in our current child support order. They are married to an individual who earns more than I do month. Approx 2K more a month. I am still paying my child’s other parent child support every month. It is lower than what it used to be due to the 50/50 custody.
What are my chances of having child support dropped due to 50/50 custody and the other household bringing in more income than mine?

I got engaged to my filipino girl friend and we have been looking at engagement rings. She said her family always buys gold in the Philippines because it is cheap. She got quoted $300 (usa) for 2 gold wedding rings by her cousin who lives their. I have been researching gold rings and that to me seems like fake prices or not real gold. She than showed me her earrings, they are definitely real gold. ...so is gold cheap in the Philippines as long as your in a non touristy location? Or maybe am I missing the big picture that gold jewelry is just expensive in the USA? Any help would be appreciated, thank you! Looking to make my first upgrade to my 15 year old goodwill set. What's should I be looking for around the $150-$200 range? Probably will be looking at pre-owned clubs at golf galaxy or Facebook marketplace if I can find a deal. For context I'm a high handicap golfer and my current driver is something from Kmart I think with a high flex shaft. I shot my best score this year (91) without the driver all together. Thanks for any advice just don't wanna end up overpaying.
