Hello Fabulous Ladies! I have my next follow up with my Midi provider (love her by the way) next week and want to get a handle on how I know I'm on the right dosage, of estrogen specifically.
I started back in early November on the patch, at 0.025mg (plus 100mg of Progesterone), still had crazy night sweats and brain fog so a few weeks later we moved up to 0.05mg. Night sweats were still a thing and my sleep disturbances were/are my number one complaint so at the end of December we moved to 0.075mg (and 200mg Progesterone). I had one crazy night of night sweats maybe 2-3 days after increasing to 0.075mg and so far <

I've been watching this stock for a month now and took a small size position with a cost basis of $0.31. Thought maybe there was some juice left in the stock and maybe there still is but we won't know until after the reverse split. But wtf happened here? It looks like a blood bath and I can see many got hurt in this stock. I can see on every platform in the comments to run far away from this stock but I want to know from the few shareholders to hodling on why they still hold?
Is this just a bad company or is this a short attack? Both?

ESI Club 258 is a WhatsApp group that did a series of pump and dump. After winning investors' confidence, they convinced investors to buy CHSN at $6 and $6.25 yesterday. It kept the market up for large investors to cash out, and today, it crashed, bringing the stock down to .80 cents. They left a lot of innocent amateur investors down the drain, losing 90% of their investment. The group assistant Amy and Professor Tim Buckley became 007. Watch out for the so-called WA groups that disguise themselves as teachers. They bait you to win your trust, then they promise a huge return and ask you to liquidate other investments because the return you will get from their suggested stock outweighs holding on to other stocks. Some people in the WA group act like they are so excited to invest in the stock and show they are buying over $100k, but it's all fake. Some people lose over $100K of their savings to these pump-and-dump con artists. Once they dump, they make the WP group where only the admin can post, and if you reach out to them directly, you will never get a response. I hope I save investors from this pump-and-dump scam.

Hi everyone,
I’m looking for some advice on upgrading my monitor setup and would love to hear your experiences or suggestions!
Current Setup:
- Main Monitor: LG UltraGear 34GN850P-B UltraWide
- I love this monitor. The colors are fantastic, the high refresh rate is great, and the response time is solid.
- However, I feel like I’m missing some vertical space (top-to-bottom), especially when coding. Also, I occasionally “lose” focus on the outer edges of the screen due to its width.
- Second Monitor: A cheap 24" monitor mounted on top of the UltraWide. It works but doesn’t match the quality or size of my main screen.
Why this setup?
- A 32" 4K monitor will give me more vertical real estate, which I think would be helpful for coding and productivity.
- Mounting the UltraWide on top could make sense aesthetically since my speakers will sit next to the 32" monitor, making the bottom look "wider" again.
- Most setups I’ve seen have the wider monitor ( in this case the UltraWide) on the bottom and the smaller one on top, but I’m curious if the reverse would work well in terms of ergonomics and usability.
- I may be setting up a second workstation soon, so splitting the two monitors between setups is also an option.
- Do any of you have experience using an UltraWide monitor on top of a 32" 4K monitor? How does it feel for productivity, programming, gaming, or general use?
- Would splitting the two monitors into separate setups be a better move in the long run?
- Are there any alternative setups or configurations you’d recommend?

So to make it more clear what I mean; for some reason when I ran around I accidentally ran into one of the pipes that shooting flames out of it. And if I remember correctly you just catch on fire but you can still run further. For some reason tho my character got stuck in place and I could only move as slow as if I'm stuck in a spike trap. I could still jump but for the life of me I couldn't move out of that spot from the fire. Like I was stuck there. Now my health is 15HP and I just quit the game. Which makes the exit save. Now many will say just die and respawn but I don't want to. Once I die the fun for me is just gone. Like I have no reason anymore to try to stay alive because I already died. It takes the challenge away. Now I've had incredibly much luck in that world and would really like to continue without a death thats caused by some sort of weird glitch.
My question is is that I'm playing on PS5 and for the life of me I can't find a way to restore like an older save from that world. It's highly possible that that just doesn't exist. That it's just one save file only. Does anyone know if there are multiple saves and if so can I restore like the previous save made in that world?

23m, She’s gone, I’m getting sober from mj, and it feels like everything is crashing down on me, I don’t have my girl anymore and I can’t even smoke a lil weed to numb the pain, she’s moved on, probably already forgot about me but I can’t let her go, she was my everything, it’s only been a month and if I could smoke a lil weed to get over this I would, I don’t know where but there’s just this feeling in my body that hurts and I don’t know where it is, I’m ruined so many friendships because I reacted poorly to the breakup, I’ve become so unstable, I can still smell the cocoa butter in her hair, or how soft her skin is but I’ll never feel those again.
