I've been a fan of Banshee for a bit now, around when they started introducing Archon Shards; Her damage scaling with Sonar gets incredibly silly, and Silence is a wonderful CC ability (One of the best, honestly).
.. and sonar *can* be good with the Augment, but it's not... Super great. The ragdolling can be a pretty decent hard CC by taking heavy units out of the equation, but that's just the base ability. Augment is really the only thing worth using on it/what people want to use (myself included.) --And woof, Soundquake is just bad. I even tried boosting up it's damage with stuff like Sentient Wrath's damage vulnerability, Viral status, etc... And nothing made it worth using. The Augment was in an even worse spot, since it's a quick burst of really mediocre damage. Used to be good, isn't anymore... Which is a shame.
So I had some ideas to theoretically pitch to either DE or just the subreddit (since I don't really know how likely it is for a DE Employee to pass along an idea like this), mainly just for giggles.
Passive: Stays as is for the most part, since it silences EVERYTHING from explosive weapons, gunblades, Archguns, and even Sentinel weapons (which don't even have an exilus slot!); It also doesn't step on the utility of Silence, since the ability decreases/turns off the enemy's ability to react to damage. Mainly don't wanna change it because I have no other ideas lol
Sonic Boom:
- Roll the Augment into the base kit.
- Change the damage type to 100 Blast, with a guaranteed 5 procs with an increased status duration.
- While this may not be a massive change, killing a target affected by these Blast procs could create a chain reaction if you were to kill multiple targets
- Change the augment to Overguard leeching/striping, depending on the amount of Sonar pings on an enemy
- 5% strip for each ping, capping off at 30%
- 25 Overguard per ping (scaling with strength)
- An additional two options for either augment or base ability that I can think of:
- Knock back enemies and give them the Stunned status (like Silence) for 4 seconds (scaling with Duration).
- When an enemy gets back up from the ragdoll, they can get affected by the Silence Stun proc again ( this is if DE would want to maintain the silly ragdoll, while still making the ability have synergy).
- Let Sentinels aim for specific parts of the body, prioritizing parts with more Sonar pings.
- that's it that's the addition
- Recastable.
- I can't really think of much. This ability is stupidly potent lmao
Oh boy, I'm honestly excited for this list as a theoretical change.
- Increase the base cost to 75 energy, with the drain staying the same. This will make sense with the changes upcoming
- Keep the damage as Blast, with a guaranteed proc every pulse of the ability
- This damage would scale up on a multiplier, starting at .5x increase per second and scaling with strength.
- Probably too much with the upcoming change, but... Eh. I feel like it needs to justify staying in the ability
- Blast procs from this would also have an increased status duration, specifically to slowly stack up the Procs over time
- This damage would scale up on a multiplier, starting at .5x increase per second and scaling with strength.
- Each pulse of the ability applies 5% damage vulnerability, stacking up with continuous casts, and lingering for 7 seconds (scaling with Duration)
- Of course, the downside to this would be the upkeep. Since it's a drain, the only way to upkeep would be orb pickups-- And either focusing your build on Efficiency/Duration
- Still probably pretty powerful, but it gives you a reason to stay in one spot.
- Resonating Quake Augments Changes
- Keeps the Multiplier for it's damage, but make it properly work as a multiplier and not just added onto the base damage.
- And if you really want to get freaky, make that multiplier scale with Strength. Definitely a bad idea :)
- Instead of being a single pulse, turn it into a set-and-forget ability with a 10 second duration (scaling with Duration)
- Maximum of 3 pulses at a time
- Damage Vulnerability per tick goes up to 10%, while the lingering debuff lasts for 12 seconds (scaling both now with Strength and Duration)
- Keeps the Multiplier for it's damage, but make it properly work as a multiplier and not just added onto the base damage.

I know we all want to know what's actually happening, but I don't understand how so many people think that the people in charge are ever going to give us accurate information when most of us believe that they have been lying to us for our entire lives. The people who I have known to be the most obsessed with disclosure have all thought that everything we experience is a psyop, and the leaders are controlling all the media and information we consume. If anything, it seems like a disclosure would be an open opportunity for them to feed us more BS while our defenses are down due to the anticipation and desperation to make sense of the confusion. I have seen things that I can't begin to explain logically, but I'm starting to accept that whatever is happening isn't meant for us to understand. Whoevewhatever they are have been here for a long time, and they seem to want their presence known to an extent, but they don't seem interested in meeting us all face-to-face (if they have faces) and don't seem to be trying to save us from ourselves. We all want someone to give us the answers, but at the end of the day, it's up to us to think for ourselves.

It's 2025.... but I didnt expect to be here, but almost every day i want to die, I have found out a few years ago about Pnet cancer & have been on medicines, but the disease fking.. sucks.... everything is so hard.... the moment you tackle these problems & age to a point where you think things will get better.... things never fix themselves... I thought growing up in the mid 90s was fine but its the future,.. theres no self tying shoes, no flying cars, no hoverboards, no cures for many diseases, whether its parkinson's, cancer or the next epidemic..... we aren't even looking forward to portal travel or finding some form of peace... from Rising sea levels, to the wildfires everything is shi*...
They tell you to keep going.... They say you can push through the disease but nothings worth a dam... my treatment hasn't helped & by the time I worry about the uncertainty... makes me wonder why do i have to suffer...? ;=;
So ... Fk cancer & fk the way heath has been going, DR's changing practices.. while the rest of us live in broken times ); its hard to care... knowing this planet is losing any support while human diseases and germs spread & this change is making the Earth more susceptible to disease. I worry about Armageddon.... & the way things will change with how much power one uses.

Hi all, I have some questions regarding MSTY.
- I go through fidelity and as I went to go purchase some shares I needed to sign an agreement about a margin responsibility. It said somthing about 30-50%. I couldnt find out how much it was for MSTY specifically so what would it be? Also how does the margin requirement apply to the shares?
- How much are the dividends taxed DRIP vs withdraw? Correct me if I am wrong but withdrawing dividens is taxed at income?
- It seems like at the current rate (I know past performance does not guarantee future returns) without buying more shares and letting the money DRIP i should get my initial investment after tax in about 10-12 months which initially can withdraw and regain my initial investment to protect against any future loss and then figure things from there. Is that most people's approach?

Hi everyone! This is my first post on Reddit ever so please bear with me… I just joined this group and was looking for some advice. I have 3 flights next week to get from New Zealand to my hometown in the US. I have disliked flying my whole life, but about two years ago it turned into a full blown phobia. I can hardly think about planes without crying, and being on a plane is actually horrible. It’s gotten to a point where I have a panic attack for either the entire flight or a good portion of it, sometimes even being sick on the flight from how fearful I am. The sensation of flying, ironically, makes me feel like the plane is falling out of the sky, and this is exponentially worse during takeoff and turbulence. I take anti-anxiety medication before boarding which helps a tiny bit (if it doesn’t come back up) but not much else seems to work. Being with someone I know on the flight helps, but is rarely an option and not happening on the upcoming flight. I have looked through posts on this group and have found some solace in the info around.
I was wondering if anyone has any advice in how to calm down before and during a flight? Or if anyone has done one of those flight anxiety courses and if they have worked for you? Do you think it’s a good idea to tell the flight attendant how I’m feeling, does that help at all?
Thank you in advance, any advice is greatly appreciated. I’m glad I found this group. It makes me feel less embarrassed and alone.

Hello just found this sub reddit. I am currently a parts backcounteretail person for a fairly new Mazda dealership. I made the jump last year on February and basically i want to do a year review with my manager kinda trying to get some things to make my experience here better. Because honestly Everytime i clock in i dread it because I'm the one doing most of the work while my coworker is on the computer. We share one computer because we are currently working out of another dealership owned by the same company while they build our dealership. We do have another computer at the bungalows that service and sales work out of but because my coworker can't be left alone we aren't allowed to be stay over there and use that computer unless a customer is there needing help. I've tried bringing up my coworker's lazyness or how he keeps ordering the wrong parts for customers and the techs but i guess i sounded like a broken record because my manager who is also the Manager of the other parts department said i have to start acting as a team player. Even though i am the one who organized the little area we have for our parts and made it more presentable and i also have tried to teach my coworker how to be a parts person because they had no experience at all he has gotten a little better but even after more than a year in parts he still doesn't get it or just doesn't care and wants to be on the computer fulfilling ROs and not pull any parts for the techs until they come and ask him. But I've been trying to adapt and i have asked multiple times if i can go to the other computer but as a i mentioned before it's always a No. So i wanted some insight on from this group to see what my next steps should be.
I am sorry that i went on a long rant and if you need anything cleared up please ask.

I just feel like the above is an exact reason producers and directors should not just pick an actor because they are famous and will get the movie attention. So many unknown actors could have better suited Lilly Bloom’s character and would have matched the description in the book better. What unknown actor can play a 25 year old in their late 30s? He also could have given some unknown actor her big break but instead had to deal with Blake and her movie star attitude which caused so much drama in the making of what should have been a movie focusing on woman survivors.
