The text in my Google Sheets cells is sitting too low, and the bottom part is getting cut off, which is really frustrating. I’ve tried using vertical alignment (center and top), but it doesn’t fix the issue. Any ideas on how to solve this? Thanks in advance for your help!

A bit about me: I’ve done two rotations in acute hospitals—one in an ED and one in a rural setting with a smaller ED. I also had a 7-week placement in the emergency department that I absolutely loved. I enjoyed everything about it—the fast-paced assessments, the resus situations, and the systems and structure behind managing the chaos. It just felt like a setting that suits how my brain works, and it really sparked a love for learning and progression in this field.
I’m in my early-to-mid 30s with a background in outdoor guiding and wilderness first aid. My wife and I are expecting our first child soon, and she’ll be returning to study (radiography) once she’s able. With a family to support and future moves on the horizon (likely to NSW in a few years for her degree at CSU), I’m trying to plan ahead as best I can.
I’m looking into postgraduate options like a Graduate Certificate, Graduate Diploma, or even a Master’s down the track. I’m particularly interested in critical care or emergency nursing and have heard that a critical care qualification can be applicable to both ED and ICU—can anyone confirm this? I’ve also considered postgraduate paramedicine to diversify my skill set.
For those who’ve walked this path, I’d love to hear your thoughts:
- Are there particular universities you’d recommend for these qualifications?
- What are the pros and cons of pursuing critical care versus emergency nursing?
- Would adding paramedicine to the mix be worthwhile, or should I focus on a more traditional nursing pathway?

This location on Homer Watson and Pioneer is absolutely abysmal with pedestrian and vehicle encounters. Traffic moves at 70-90kph here.
In order to see traffic, and be safely able to pull onto Homer Watson; one has to cross and partially obstruct the bike/pedestrian path. There is a wall on one side and a line of trees on the other.
Sometimes pedestrians/cyclists get upset because they have to move around the vehicle that’s partially obstructing their path.
Just know that drivers didn’t design this, and sometimes it’s necessary to be in the way.

I am trying to add numbers in two columns based on data in two other columns, and I'm stumped on how to do it.
Column A represents a product number, for example, 123456 might be a hat oand 234567 might be a coat
Column B lists the color of each item, meaning the hat might come in 4 colors and the coat comes in 2 colors spread across 12 sizes
Column C is the total inventory for each colosize
Column D is the total value of that inventory for each colosize
What I'm trying to figure out is the total inventory (Column C) and value of inventory (Column D) for each item/color
How do I do this? Basically I need a formula that first determines like numbers in Column A and then determines like colors of those items in Column B and then totals Column C as well as Column D for these items.

All my life, I’ve taken leaps into the void. Leaps of faith.
from one topic to the next, from one interest to another, always experimenting and learning. Jumping into the unknown isn’t as terrifying as some make it out to be. You just learn how to fall, and if you fall badly, you turn and roll. And if you land somewhere you don’t like, you climb out and jump somewhere else. In the end, it’s quite similar to a children’s playground: jumping from platform to platform, falling into the sand, and then climbing up the bars to jump again.
Romantic relationships and love aren’t leaps of faith into the void. I don’t know why people say that. If they were truly leaps into the void, people wouldn’t be so afraid of them. Falling into love is falling toward someone, not into emptiness. If you jump wrong, you might end up crashing into the person, or if they didn’t realize you were leaping, they might forget to open their arms, and we’d both hit the ground face-first.
Jumping into someone always requires delicacy because we also understand how hard it is to catch someone in our arms. You need to know how to catch them. We can fail, the other person can fail, and not necessarily out of bad intentions. It’s just that we might jump with more or less momentum than the person waiting with open arms expected. And that’s going to hurt.
But I guess, at the end of the day, the only way to learn how to catch someone falling into your arms, or how to jump properly, is to practice whenever you can (when appropriate, under the minimum conditions are match).
Still, it’s not something you should try with everyone who crosses your path. if you do then in the end, if you keep jumping and the other person isn’t interested, they simply won’t catch you. And if you keep crashing face-first into the ground, over time, your body will be so battered that when someone finally shows up who genuinely wants to catch you, you won’t be able to jump properly into them, or if you do, all the previous bruises will make their embrace hurt, no matter how gentle it is. Or worse, if your skin has become calloused, you won’t even feel the emotion of being caught in their arms. Similarly, if you’re the one catching others, you’ll lose your skin sensitivity, becoming clumsy and awkward.
But love definitely isn’t about a leap of faith into the void. It’s a leap of faith toward someone, trusting they’ll catch you, and then switching roles so you can catch them in return.

I need to replace my driver's license and i figured I might as well update to a Star ID while I'm at it. I see the list of locations where they do it, but I've heard horror stories about the long wait at the Finley location. Any recent experiences with getting your Star ID and can recommend a particular location? Should I / can I make an appointment? I live in Crestwood and am willing to travel 30ish minutes if I have to. Trying to go during work hours tomorrow and can't be away from my desk for more than 2 hours before anyone gets suspicious.
