I have been a TrainerRoad user for the past three years and while its been good overall, I have an extremely difficult time following their type of program. I generally like to ride outside and find the neverending sweet spot/threshold interval sessions difficult to do outdoors. I have tried their polarized plans but the high intensity intervals are oddly structured. AI FTP detection is cool but seems to lag behind my fitness unless I'm doing a lot of threshold work.
That said, I appreciate how well their app collates all of my cycling and strength data. I like the red light/green light feature and TSS tracking. I'm basically looking for a substitute that does this piece for me without the training plan and without costing 210 dollars a year. I'm fine paying for something, but this seems excessive for what I use it for. Thanks!

As a manufacturing engineer working on both sides of the Canada-US border for the past 40 years, I have witnessed first hand how the Canadian manufacturing industry has been decimated by cheaper US imports, because US producers benefit from economy of scale.
If we are forced to retaliate to US tariffs on manufactured goods, I would suggest we introduce a law that will keep those retaliatory tariffs in place for a minimum of 5 years, in order to incentivize investors to increase capital spending to build industrial capacity within Canada. There will be no such investment in Canadian manufacturing if businesses think the retaliatory tariffs will be short-lived.
Let's return manufacturing for some basic manufactured goods back to Canada.

I am specifically talking about European empires and colonist from the 1600s-1800s, And Why did they even bother calling themselves Christians when they in reality were doing the devils work by colonizing continents? What made them think that God himself was OK with them taking over other countries all because people in those countries were living a Stone Age lifestyle? At that point they should’ve just considered themselves atheist or Satan worshipers, I don’t know why they even bothered acting like they followed Christianity at all, they literally chose greed and hate over actually following Jesus, even though the Bible talks about being against hate and greed, why didn’t the British, French and other European empires at the time just admit that they didn’t believe in God instead of pretending to know him? The so-called “Christians” who ran those empires better not be surprised that they’re in hell, that is if their down there, which I’m sure they are, because they should’ve known that what they were doing was very wrong, you can’t fallow Jesus and run a racist empire
