I’ve been hitting the gym for 1.8 years now (height: 176 cm, weight: 76 kg). For the first year, I didn’t pay much attention to my protein intake, but for the past 3-4 months, I have started incorporating more protein (70-80 gms each day) into my diet.
I feel like my chest development isn’t where it should be, and honestly, I’m not satisfied with the results. I’d love to hear your thoughts and suggestions on how I can improve my chest growth.
As of now, I follow a single muscle per day routine and here’s my current chest workout routine:
Incline Dumbbell Bench Press: 12-15 reps × 3 sets Decline Dumbbell Bench Press: 12-15 reps × 3 sets Flat Dumbbell Bench Press: 12-15 reps × 3 sets Pec Fly (Machine): 12-15 reps × 3 sets
What do you think about my routine? Are there any exercises, rep ranges, or strategies you recommend adding to this?

Hi guys, I just got to HOTM 7 and I am working on grinding my powder to a decent level. Right now it’s like 1m/10m. FYI, I have a clean set of Divan + tita equip + gemstone gauntlet.
I did some quick testing to see how close I am to be able to mine gemstones. I set up a ruby mine with a very decent route in magma fields, with a legendary bal pet. But the rates are questionably terrible. I understand this is probably related to pristine (I have only around ~4 pristine lol), but I kinda expect to get much more with a 10m gemstone powder tree.
I am preparing for gemstone mining entry and I have no idea what went wrong, was it the gemstone gauntlet? Was it the tree? What drill should I use for early mining - Jasper or 555 or just stick to the gauntlet until 655?

Furthermore, if a girl has the ability to move away from you during an interaction, yet chooses on her own accord to stay, then you are doing good enough.
Girls as well as guys often do not know what to say, get nervous, are shy, etc. She may be happy that you are carrying the conversation even if she does not say much herself. If she didn't want to be there, then she would make an excuse to leave.
