It’s the beginning of my 2nd season in my dynasty and I get this message every time I finish a game. Sometimes it’ll save, sometimes it won’t. With this reoccurring I don’t have a desire to play this game especially coming off of a thrilling win and it not counting. Does anyone know a fix for this issue or at least why it happens? I did some research before and can’t find a true solution. I’ve only learned this won’t happen if you use a cloud dynasty, but since I use an offline one, I don’t feel like starting over again especially considering I just restarted coming off of my 8 year dynasty where I didn’t stumble upon this issue once.

I would say Charlene, the very first Chipette. Without her, Brittany, Jeanette and Eleanor wouldn't become so well known as they are now because they'd never been created. Charlene's appearance was a turning point for the franchise and I'm really sad that someone as important as her was left to be forgotten.

I’ve been best friends with someone for 8 years, and we’ve never had a serious fight before. Recently, she told me about some personal struggles, and I responded poorly, saying things that came across as dismissive and harsh, even though I didn’t mean them that way. I was a bit mad and I didn’t think through the fact that she might not understand my words the same way as me. Half of them were sarcastic jokes but she didn’t get that because it all happened through texts. I’ve already apologized multiple times and explained that I didn’t want to hurt her, but she told me my messages were extremely hurtful and shocking. She said she needs time to process everything and hasn’t responded since.
I feel terrible, anxious, and afraid that I’ve ruined our friendship. I’ve tried to show her how much I care, but now I’m giving her space as she requested. Still, I’m overwhelmed with guilt and fear. How do I not spiral in my negative thoughts? I’m really scared of losing her and I don’t know what else I can do to fix this.

I bought the ROG PG258 from Facebook marketplace, the women forgot to put the LED shadow creator thing in the box
she’s sending it to me tomorrow. The LED doesn’t come on. I’ve asked chat gpt, installed drivers that I can (on the asus website only the PG258Q is there)
I know it’s an old monitor that could be why. The OSD menu has no LED settings. Believe me I’ve went up and down those 4 or 5 options 500 times.
Chat gpt said get armoury crate, I did, waste of time. Installed drivers restarted pc, nothing. I’ve ran out of options now, it’s a very niche problem I can’t see anyone else asking the same things as me on any part of the internet. I asked Asus support if my monitor has the capability to do the LED. It was gaslighting me into saying maybe my monitor doesn’t have it, even tho I can see the fucking light on the original box, and irl in front of me
I’m thinking like even if the LED is broken would it not still be in my OSD menu anyway? Chat gpt just keeps screaming look in that menu over and over

Hi!
I work for a small non-profit organization in Buffalo, NY with 130 units. We switched from Cornerstone to Yardi to MRI Affordable Housing.
We are having SO many issues with the setup and we are just lost as to how to fix them. We do have support tickets in, but so far the super important ones (you know, the ones that are holding up my 2/1 GRC) aren't being addressed in a timely manner.
We would like to try and figure some of these things out ourselves. Is there anyone here with good working knowledge of the software that we might be able to pick your brain?
We have some issues with reporting, posting deposits, URs, certification issues/corrections, etc.
Our Setup is wonky, but not completely absurd:
- We are an LIHTC project -- so ALL units have a program group of Tax Credit.
- We also administer two grant programs (ESSHI and COC) and have specific units set aside for those programs -- I calculate the rents for these two programs so they have 59s and TICs
- program groups/funding layers are Tax Credit/COC or Tax Credit ESSHI
- The remaining units are unsubsidized, but CAN take Section 8 (or other 3rd party subsidy).
- program groups/funding layers are Tax Credit or Tax Credit/3rd party subsidy
- Each and every unit has a specific set aside % - ranging from 30%, 50% and 60% ami.
- for example: Unit 101 is 30%, 105 is 50%, 107 is 30%, etc. The UNIT is a set %
