Hi everyone. I've been following this community for some months now. My wife (37) of 5 years had her implants for 15 years. She's 5'2, 110 lbs and had 200cc, so she was a 34B size. Quick background: last year she was diagnosed with autonomic dysfunction by a cardiologist, and her symptoms for this were fainting, balance issues, brain fog and fast heart rate. Also, we've been trying to conceive for around 3 years with no success (not one positive test, did hormone injections, visits to fertility clinics, multiple studies that show we're both healthy and with no issues).
During the pandemic, she started researching about BII through social media and podcasts, and she became convinced and fixed about having it. The implants didn't give her any trouble before hearing about BII, she loved them, she loved taking sexy photos, buying bikinis, talked about changing them for newer ones, but her BII self-diagnose changed everything, it became the excuse for anything she felt: headache, low libido, mood swings, brain fog, sweat, no baby...
I also did my research, and most of her symptoms were explainable either by age, hormone changes, her (now-diagnosed) cardiac dysfunction, post-Covid disease, stress, etc. I've always supported her decision, it's hers alone to make, and even though I was never convinced, I've been at her side during all the journey, without even mentioning my opinion. Just nodding and siding with her, listening to her concern, to podcasts and articles she sends, reading this sub and in therapy.
We went to see her original plastic surgeon, who dismissed her BII concerns and pretty much told us that it wasn't proven or even existed, so she was disappointed. She then contacted renowned Dr. Whitfield (she's a big fan), but the price was a bit out of our range (since we had to travel and stay at Austin for the whole treatment and post-care). Finally, she found a local surgeon who has supported and talked about BII on social media, and we went to see him. She felt validated, which was important.
She had her explant surgery two weeks ago (explant with peri-areolar lift). She really devoted herself to preparing for the surgery: ate healthy, lots of vegetables, protein, bone broth, supplements and a bit of exercise. The surgery happened without setbacks and one week after, the doctor said she's doing great, almost no bruising and good healing. Her capsules were removed, which were as thin as a bedsheet; implants were intact with no punctures or discoloring, doctor said they looked as good as new. I asked him if, having seen this, he could still say it was BII, but he said that we couldn't know until the symptoms she had before were reduced or disappeared, but that there was no way of knowing for sure.
I've been happily taking care of her for this past days since the surgery, bathing her, applying bandages, cooking, checking she's not turning during sleep, making her comfy, fetching things from cabinets... I mentally prepared myself for the change, but I wasn't as shocked as she was. She cried a lot the first time she saw herself in the mirror. I can't imagine seeing a different body after 15 years, so I've been nothing but supportive, empathetic, telling her she looks beautiful, that everything will be fine, that she needs to be patient...
However, I'm actually worried. I was shocked when I read through the informed consent disclaimer the doctor had her sign, where it said that this surgery could affect sex life and intimacy. Looks do matter for me. In the past (as shallow as it sounds) I ended flings because of precisely this physical matter. I love bigger breasts since I can remember. Even though I love my wife and she's a wonderful human being, physically, despite that she's gorgeous, her breasts were what I liked and enjoyed the most about her body, they were perfect, balanced, gave her an ideal proportion. I can train myself to not care, to be numb to this fact, but I'm worried it could be an issue in the future. Even though I know that the final results will start to become visible in a couple of months, she'll now be 32AA. Before that, she had changed her dress style to oversized clothes and baggier pants that I understand are fashionable now, so now she looks boyish. None of her old clothes fit, so she's sad.
This is why I'm writing this long post (thanks if you read until here). Women: how have you managed this change with your partners? Since there's no going back (and at the moment, she doesn't want to do any fat transfer), how can I manage the situation without adding to her stress? Should i just shut up and continue nodding and approving? How can this be objectively supportive? In what other ways can I further show my support? I proposed taking her shopping in a couple of weeks for her new body, but she doesn't seem excited. Even though it's her issue, I feel guilty about worrying about this, I feel selfish. Do I just forget that I liked big breasts? Men: Any tips, suggestions, stories you can share?

I was out riding on the highway just having nice cruise at 70 when I noticed power seemed down and then shortly after the bike just died and wouldn't start back up. I got it back home on a truck and can see I have spark and I don't think it's a fuel issue as it wouldn't start on starting fluid. It's turning over just fine but no bang.
Things I have done engine wise.
Amazon carb because the stock one was broken and rusted.
Straight pipe exhaust because the factory one snapped at the flange so I just made a new one with exhaust pipe.
Working on testing compression but want to see if anyone has input and might have any ideas as to what is or might have went wrong.
