Hi i started working in child youth and family residential care on the 9th of May. It was a new big company taking over former businesses ie Berry st. In September one of our yp lit matches in which triggered a reaction and i wasn't allowed back until i had medical evidence in which i did, and write my own saftey plan. Despite trying to reach out for help with no support i sent my house manager a draft in which she replied looks fine, but HR had to approve it. Several attempts were made to see when i could return they left it to my 6 month probation and told me it was my work ethics in which I have proof it wasn't. HR didn't know me, and i was always dismissed by my manager and felt bullied, whilst other employees were allowed to go to her house. I had build a great Rapport with my yp and could desculate situations quite quickly without being physically abused like others. But HR said thats not important!! Any advice would be great

2025.01.24 01:41 Chickenandricedank Benefits for parents financially with a 3 year old with autism
I live in Southern California and my 3 year old just recently got diagnosed with level 2 autism. We are currently receiving speech and occupational therapy. Just called today about Aba therapy and to get It started, and I’m going to call the school district to get iep started. On top of that she recently got a g tube inserted last month so currently we have appointments lined up with her pediatrician, GI, surgeon, and dietician for the next 4 months. It’s a lot but I’m willing to do whatever it takes to get my daughter all the help she needs. My question is with all the appointments she has, I’m unable to work. My husband works full time and we don’t have anyone that can babysit or have transportation to take her to all the appointments. I quit my job a year ago when she was receiving physical therapy with speech and occupational therapy. Now we’re financially struggling and was wondering what benefits I can apply for to get help. I heard about SSI and SSDI but I’m not sure if I can get both or what’s the difference. Any advice is welcome!!

The oak tree base is on our land but it branches twenty feet out off a hillside, into the neighbors yard, and a service line. Who is responsible to pay to have the tree trimmed before that branch tips the tree over and knocks out the power line?
Ps specifically, the tree’s base is in an easement that is our land but surrendered to the neighbors for their use (it was part of our purchase agreement).

Ho trovato questo film ascoltando le canzoni di albert baldan bembo su spotify un noto produttore di colonne sonore e ho visto che tutte le copertine dei suoi album musicali parlavano di qualche film quindi ho deciso di cercare informazioni sul film non si è trovato molto online e l'unica versione completa che sono riuscito a trovare sembrava essere stata registrata dalla televisione aveva il logo di un canale televisivo in basso come puoi vedere nelle immagini ho scoperto che questo film era stato originariamente registrato su pellicola da 35 mm ed era uscito in italiano spagnolo francese e portoghese. dopo aver cercato un po' ho trovato una vhs di questo film in vendita su ebay dicendo che era rara (non ho trovato altre informazioni su internet sulla versione vhs di questo film) spero anche che qualcuno possa aiutarmi a trovare dove è stato trasmesso questo spettacolo e magari trovare una versione completa come un rip vhs (questo è stato tradotto da google translate non parlo italiano)
